Dempsey Roofing came out to my house the day after I called with a leak. I greatly appreciate their honesty! They told me my roof is in great shape and thus didn't try to sell me anything, instead told me it may have just been a one time thing due to the wind and the driving rain. They told me to keep an eye on it during our next storm and if I still have water coming in, then they will replace that portion of the roof.

Radek and his team of 7 men and 1 woman (!) showed up at 7 AM (on-time) 8 hours later had stripped 2500 ft2 of the old shingles, replaced all the drip edges, re-flashed where necessary, waterproofed, installed two new skylights, shingled and did a thorough cleanup of the area. They did a great job minimizing the mess from such a job. The team was professional and very efficient. I would recommend Dempsey Roofing LLC without reservation.

The project went very well and I haven't had any issues with my roof. The only concern I had with all their work was that a couple of screens had some minor damage. They were very punctual and they completed the project in less than a day. They did an excellent job cleaning-up all the debris from removing the roof.

Eric was really easy to work with. Easy to reach and responsive. He and his crew did the work quickly, cleaned up the work site, and charged a reasonable rate.

I discovered leak in my flat rubber roof and needed to get roofer to come quickly to inspect and repair. Numerous roofers did not respond - one roofer committed to coming but did not show up. Dempsey came immediately, but was unable to see the roof because of ice and snow - they came back the next week when the roof was clear, and did the inspection and repair promptly. Radek is very responsive and professional.

I had three different roofers inspect roof and give me a quote on what they thought it required. Eric was the only one who walked the entire roof, checking condition of roof, chimney and gutters, lifting shingles looking for more detail in some areas. He asked if we had any leaks, I said no. He also walked inside if could see any, he found some yellowing in the ceiling which could have been a small leak or condensation from an improperly vented attic.We walked through the attic and he pointed to some rusted nails and warped plywood, indicating poor ventilation. Hence repositioning bathroom exhaust through the roof and an inspection of soffits. Before I forget he showed up on time and ready to go. In 2 days I had a quote (sent my email) with detailed proposal and costs. The quote was competitive with the 2 others I received. In short order I accepted proposal as he came highly recommended from others who used him in the area. He asked for no money up front and said payment is after all work is done and I'm satisfied. After acceptance he started about 2 weeks later. He told me he had two crews of five people. The job took two days, day 1 from 7-6, day 2 from 7-5. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day leaving the area cleaned. Eric was there the beginning and end of each day, to get things off to a good start and at the end to make sure clean up was adequate and status of work to plan for the next day if required. His crew was incredibly hard working, polite and professional. At end of second day after inspection I paid him he full and he reminded of the shingle warranty and his10 year workmanship warranty. Eric does what he says when he says. He's easy to work with and customer focused with quality workmanship.

It was pretty good. He came quick, was responsive, the pricing was good. The price was fair. It was good.

I called today because we are having leaking in our house due to ice dams. There is an automated message indicating that they can take no more appointments at this time due to overload. They suggest you call back in the spring and they will help you repair the damages. Not much help there! I'm calling other places now.

After discovering some water leaking into our house in two different areas, I tried to contact a number of roofers to help remove the snow and break up the ice dams. Radek was not only prompt in his reply (none of the others even responded), but was able to squeeze me into their already very full schedule to address my issues. He was open with his communication about when he might be able to arrive and when they couldn't finish the rather large job due to the loss of sunlight, they finished the job the next day. The price quoted was what was charged, in this case $400 for 4 men for an hour. They had another hour the following day, so the quoted price was what was charged (2hrs of work). They were very professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to a friend that is having issues with snow and ice dams.

I called the "Emergency 24/7" number listed on their web site (maybe not the same as on Angies, sorry) at 9:30am; I had some water leaking in from the roof on the North side of my house. I texted them my address and by 10:30 the crew was there starting to clear the roof. Oh, did I mention it was about 4 degrees above 0 then? It's a 1200 sq ft house with one extra gable end -- so not a huge surface to clear. It took their crew of 4 about an hour to clear -- most was breaking up all the ice. There was a comical moment when I was looking out the window watching the snow come off the roof and one of their shovels sailed into the yard. Guess they were working really hard up there. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid which is always kinda nice when it's a 'site unseen' kind of thing. I mean I could have had really complicated roof requiring hours of work, but I don't and they didn't try to make it out to be more than what it was. Very respectable. The price was clearly communicated up front so definitely no surprise. Only reason I gave a "B" was because I don't really have to good sense of how to compare it to others -- I don't get this kind of work done regularly and I didn't shop around. The owner/partner showed up about 10:45 to re-iterate the price, and provide the proof of insurance -- which was really assuring. Then about a half hour later to collect payment. Personal check was fine. We talked about follow up in the spring/summer to evaluate the insulation/ventilation situation to try to prevent this from happening in the future.

They came at 11:00am and finished at 2:00pm and did an excellent job! The owner also emailed me their certificate of insurance before the work started. Radek, the owner, and his men were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them highly and would hire them back in a second. They also do residential roofs as well and I will be sure to pass their name on to friends and neighbors as well. The quality of their work and price was excellent!

After two bad snow storms, we had major show accumulation and ice dams on the roof. Water had begun to leak into the house so we needed it fixed right away. Dempsey Roofing has an "emergency" number listed on their website, and when I called, Radek answered. He gave me a price over the phone and said they could come out first thing the next day. 5 guys arrived at 7 AM the next morning. They cleared all the snow off the whole roof of the house, and a 6 foot swath of the garage roof where it meets the house. They also cleared the patio where all the snow from the roof had landed. Super nice guys - will definitely use them again.
