+ -1 moreI emailed David and he responded right away and we scheduled an appointment to view the work to be done and scheduled a date to perform the work. He was very sick on the day of the scheduled work appointment but was proactive and apologetic. On the rescheduled appointment date, he showed up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, cleaned up after the job and was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend David and will call him again.
Description of Work: Cleaned out backup bathroom sink, fixed broken kitchen drawer and repaired loose stair treads. David looked at the work to be performed gave me an estimate and stayed in communication about the appointment. He performed the agreed upon work, was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend David and will call him again.

+ -1 moreFound Dave on Angie's List. Sent him an email with photos of location of vent outlet on roof because I knew it was difficult to get to. He arrived on time. I discussed the problem. He set up his ladder to get to the roof. Cleaned out the clogged grill cover and snaked the vent to get rid of other dust bunnies. Very pleasant to work with. Would definitely use his services again. In fact, we have arranged for another small job to be done.
