Awful service, don't use them and don't even consider it!! They will charge you for every minute they are there. I was in traffic trying to get to the property and they charged me for the time they were "waiting". Then they charged me for the time, said they fixed the issue, took payment, and the issue came back hours later. Unacceptable for $500!! What a ripoff! You do not get what you paid for with this company. Look elsewhere and avoid this company propped up on fake reviews.

Excellent! I can highly recommend Emre and his Crew! This was the third time I used B.E.S.C for HVAC-related work, this time to re-connect a large AC condensor on the third floor of a large deck - and I was as pleased as the previous times. Communication was great from the very first phone call. Emre asked very detailed questions to make sure he would have everything he needed to get the job done efficiently. He was very good about checking in and confirming the appointment. He worked super efficiently. Very professional and thoughtful. I have already passed along this contact to two friends who were looking for AC repairs. Will definitely hire B.E.S.C. again in the future !

Socrates did an amazing job. He quickly determined there was a leak. He was the only technician who was able to find the actual leak in the pipes. He had to put Nitrogen through the pipes to increase pressure in order to find the leak, and then brought all the necessary tools to cut the bad parts of the pipe and install a new connector to fix the issue. Replacement went very well. Price was great compared to other vendors. Team shower up on time and did a great job overall.

I was told that I need to change my zone controller from 2 zone to 3 zones to fix the problem. I was charged $218 for the Honeywell HZ311, which is available on Amazon for $114. Paid another $250 to replace the zone controller but the problem persisted. He blamed it all on my dampers, that all 4 had gone bad without properly testing them. After the technician left, I checked the new zone controller, he had used only 2 of the 3 zones! The third zone was left unused, so no wonder my problem was not solved. Not sure why the zone controller was replaced at all if he was not planning to use the third zone at all. Very poor and deceptive service.

Great. Someone answered the phone when I called at 12pm on a Wednesday, and they scheduled me right then and there for 8am the following day, Thursday. Emery was very professional and efficient. The job took maybe forty minutes, and my AC was restored without problem. It needed a part replaced.

Emre did a full cleaning and tune up of two older furnaces in our new home. He has also done other work for us in another home and we've always been pleased by his responsiveness, proficiency, and reasonable pricing.

The HVAC service was not very good. The other services were fine. I would use them in the future for Appliance repair.

the work was done satisfactorily. The AC started to cool again. The dye was added to see if there are leaks. Was surprised by $260 bill for the work but I am not sure if the cost is reasonable or not because I did not get quotes from others.

We strongly recommend Emery for home kitchen appliance repair! Excellent service. Our dishwasher has been broken for a while and our fridge started malfunctioning as well. We hadn't missed the dishwashwer too much but really had to take care of the fridge right away. He took the call when we called him before 8AM. (The other companies we called just went to answering service or voicemail.) He came within an hour of the call. He was thoughtful and efficient, and diagnosed the problem with our fridge cooling system quickly. He quickly determined that it was a fan issue and was able to find the necessary repair parts the same day! He returned a few hours later to install and finish the job. Very happy with the work and service - saved us from purchasing a new fridge! The dishwasher wasn't as straightforward. When he started a rinse cycle as a quick check, it seemed to work while it hadn't for us. After some more sleuthing, he determined that it was a problem with the header board, which would be too expensive to replace relative to the price of a new dishwasher. So he recommended that we replace the dishwasher. He spent several hours and two trips on the diagnosis and repair (the second trip was to install the new fan). The $285 he charged us included both parts and labor.

Emery listened to the AC unit for 3 seconds and immediately knew something was wrong with the fan. it took a while to get the AC unit out of the rusted metal sleeve so he could look at it. When he finally did, he said that rust had corroded the housing unit that surrounded the fan and the fan was actually hitting it. He gave us a couple of options of how he could repair it but without getting inside the unit, he wasn't sure if we would need to buy new parts or not. at the most he said it would be a $220 fix. We decided to move forward with the repair. Once he was able to get inside the unit he realized it would be a lot quicker and easier than he had suspected. He simply cut away the rusted metal that was hitting the plastic fan and now the unit works perfectly again. The fan didn't even need to be replaced! no parts needed, just labor. The airflow and cooling efficiency feels the same as before. It is humming right along with no problems! Emery was only here for an hour and 20 minutes and charged us $100 for his time. Well worth the price!!! He was professional, polite, right on time (he actually called to ask if he could come a little early), and very, very nice to deal with. He spent the time to explain to us and even show us what the actual problem was with the machine so we could make an educated decision on what to do. Although I know he had many other jobs to complete during his busy day, he took the time to make us feel comfortable with the repair options he offered and not rushed at all! In the end, he literally saved us about $600. I can't even put into words how happy my husband and I are with his work. I would call him again in a heartbeat! Once again, Angie's List connected us to an incredible service provider!
