Terrific! Joao (the owner) did the work personally, and unlike the competition: 1. Responded immediately to my phone call. 2. Was interested in a small job. 3. Was willing to do a customization without charging extra. 4. Charged a very reasonable fee. 5. Was able to do the work within several days of my first call. My experience couldn't have been better and the railing looks great!
