Description of Work: I was told that I had an infestation of carpet beetles however I did not. I was told by another pest control person that I could do the work myself and there was no infestation.

Description of Work: We had a problem with ants in the house and Ernie came by to take a look. First of all, Ernie knows his craft well-- he knew where they were coming into the house and it took him a short amount of time to locate the nest. One month later we have no insect problem. In his search for the nest he found a HUGE underground wasps nest (we had a lot of wasps around our pool area throughout the summer and couldn't figure out where they were coming from. Ernie took care of that at no extra charge. We signed up for a one year program with Ernie -- for $300 he'll come 3 times a year and take care of any pests we may encounter. A bargain if you ask me! He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and an all-around nice guy. I'd highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreErnie knows his craft well -- he knew the location of the ant nest but asked questions I never thought of such as recent construction, the size/type of ants we were seeing, if we were seeing any queen ants, etc. He even noticed evidence of mice near the front of our garage and made sure that we were prepared for that issue as well. For the service we paid for, we got so much more. Not only did he take care of our ant issue and headed off a potential mice issue before it could materialize, he also made sure we were covered for yellow jacket/hornet nests and a variety of other flying/crawling pests that could become a nuisance. Also, the service we received is guaranteed and he will come back and spray in the fall to make sure that we won't have issues year round.
Description of Work: We were having a major ant problem -- ants were appearing all over the house. Ernie found the location of the nest and took care of the problem.
