Very well. We have used Merit in the past and been well pleased.

Bob came over promptly and impressed me with his tactical and legal knowledge regarding all aspects of gas lines in MA. He was able to accommodate another urgent, last-minute request to shut off water to the refrigerator and proactively found several problems with my old pipes: My valves were neither functional nor up to MA codes, and he was able to fix them the very next day. I had not used Bob before, but it is clear to me that Angie's List reviewers were correct in giving him a high A rating. He is truly a subject matter expert in his field, very professional and pleasant to speak with. Bob, if you're reading this: Thank you so much! You really got us out of a jam!

Everything went excellent. Bob was honest and proactive which I loved! He came in, immediately diagnosed issues and my confidence level in his services was very high... having said that, he quoted the job and performed it the same day. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be calling him back.

I Have used Bob many times in my old house, being an old house that needed constant repair I needed a good and reliable plumber. Bob was recommended by my oil company and I have required his services on numerous occasions. The most recent being a leak caused by a old corroded brass pipe. Bob came over right away and alerted me to the issues involved with the old brass lines, he recommended we remove and replace those with new PEX plastic piping. He also noticed that the old cast iron stack was badly corroding and was leaking, I never even noticed it, so that had to go also and to be replaced with PVC, while he was there I had him install washer plumbing for me. Bob did a fantastic job, he was courteous and professional and had the job done when he said it would be. I would and will be using him again.

Bob was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in getting my washer/drier properly hooked up. He was more than responsive via email which I have found to be difficult with contractors and other service providers. With schedules the way they are in our family that flexibility was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Bob for your plumbing needs.
