+ -1 moreMark and his crew were wonderful to work with, and they did a great job with a tough project. We had them demolish and remove ~1000sf of ceiling, wire-mesh plaster over horsehair and wood plaster. What a mess! Over 8 tons of stuff. They also cut and removed a truckload of abandoned cast iron pipes and a handful of rotten walls. Would hire again tomorrow!

Description of Work: Our experience started off fine and ended on a sour note. Setting up the dumpster delivery was easy & it was dropped off on time. However, they did not come to pick up the dumpster at the end of service when they said they would, even after confirming the date earlier in the week. Repeated phone calls, messages and emails all went unanswered. When a driver finally did arrive to pick up the dumpster a few days after our scheduled pick up time, there was no explanation or apology given for the delay. Their website says, "Scheduled deliveries and pick-ups are always made according to our agreed upon date, time and place. You can count on our crew arriving at your site when we say they will, and removing the dumpster at the appointed time." Disappointingly, this was not our experience. I would be hesitant to work with them again in the future because of this unprofessionalism.
