I have been robbed and this coward will not meet to rectify the situation. I am now forced to look for ,one's to help me finish this project, get into my home, and move on with my life.

It went fine. I called on Thursday afternoon (this was not an urgent request); they returned the call and said they'd be in touch Friday morning to schedule an appointment. They did call, as promised, and had someone at our home by noon. He was professional and worked quickly and thoroughly.
