Michael showed up on time to do the estimate and after discussing what I needed done, he wrote up the estimate while he was here. Since one of the trees was dead and was only being held upright by a fence and other trees, I told him I would hire whoever could do the job soonest. After contacting 5 other companies and getting estimates and time frames for the job, Iron Tree was 1 of only 2 who could fit us on their schedules within 2 weeks. Iron Tree's estimate was the average of all the other estimates. Another plus, it was easy to get in touch with Michael during the whole process. He also took care of all the necessary paperwork to get access to the GE property next door. After the job, I had a few issues related to the job. Michael came back to go over the issues and then came back and took care of them. I am very satisfied with the response from everyone I had contact with at the company.

I left a message at 5:30 am on Saturday morning and received a call back from Michael by 9:00 am. Michael came by at 11 to provide an estimate and from looking at the work said he could take care of it right then and there and wrote up an estimate. Within 20 minutes, the tree was down and on Michael's pick-up. The customer service was excellent and Michael was extremely helpful even providing me information on a local tree pruning service for my other fruit trees since they are not typically available for smaller jobs in this area. He even offered to clean up the area where a few fruits had fallen while removing the tree. I would highly recommend these guys, especially for emergency work on weekends when few other companies are available or responsive. Even my neighbor who was out on his lawn asked for some advice on plantings in his yard and Michael took the time to provide him with some very helpful suggestions. Iron Tree did a great job at our property. They were responsive and professional from start to finish and they adhered to the scheduled date of service in spite of a major rain storm the night before and the morning of, etc. My husband & I were so happy that they did not cancel due to weather, which in this case would have been understandable. Dennis and all the crew were great guys and they performed the work flawlessly. Although, they were not the least expensive outfit, we would recommend them to others & use them again ourselves due to the fact that they provided such top notch service & demonstrated that they are highly skilled pros. It was a pleasure dealing with them!

Iron Tree Service was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely prompt, gave us some very professional and reasonable ideas for tree work around the property, and were very responsive to all our needs. Anthony was an excellent salesperson and communicated perfectly through the process. Prices were on-par with other companies. Workers were on-time, professional, and very detailed.

I called Iron Tree along with several other tree services for quotes. Dennis at Iron Tree got back to me promptly and came over for an estimate. He explained how they would handle the tree removal while protecting the house, driveway and lawn. Their quote was lower than the other 3 so I went ahead. The removal went well and the crew was friendly and courteous. One branch pulled down my telephone / cable wire and Dennis called immediately to make sure we could restore service quickly. All-in-all, very professional with competitive prices. An excellent company.

Went better than I could have expected.

I needed 3 large trees to be cut down and grind all stumps, all of which needed a crane. Dennis and crew are extremely punctual, courteous and professional. Price was also comparable to other companies. I highly recommend this company. IRON TREE SERVICE, I would definitely use them again.

Everyone I dealt with in this company was courteous, friendly and professional and focused on excellent customer service. I felt I received an honest and knowledgeable evaluation of the tree's health along with a reasonable estimate to remove it. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Terrific crew of experienced workers arrived as scheduled and proceeded to cut, chip and remove the tree in under 2 hours. They even ground the stump. Don't hesitate to hire this company!

I was surprised to receive a price estimate of $3500 for one day of tree pruning services. Four service professionals x 8 hours of service = 32 hours of service, which equaled an hourly service rate of $109/hour. For tree pruning services! Iron Tree then offered to cut my five oak trees for $5000! I was genuinely insulted with the aggressive pricing and felt as if Iron Tree was only interested in maximizing the value of the job. They were not interested in what I wanted. I will not hire Iron Tree and I will not contact them again in future. Beware.

They were fast, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Iron Tree removed a large oak tree which was difficult to reach. Other contractors said it couldn't be done because of lack of space. The crew performed an excellent job. No collateral damage except a minor ditch in the neighbor's driveway which was promptly repaired. I highly recommend Iron Tree.

Great!. Anthony came on 10/7/16, assessed the work to be done, and gave me a written estimate. On 10/19/16 Paul (operating the bucket), assisted by Brian(?) and Billy came at 7:30AM, introduced themselves, confirmed the work they would be doing and set to work. They had to move the bucket truck from one side of my yard to the other in order to reach all the branches. Paul advised me a couple of times that a particular branch needed to be cut a little closer to a trunk in order to not inflict damage to the tree itself. They worked very efficiently as a team and finished up at about 11:45AM after doing all the clean up. As a homeowner who's hired a lot of professionals over the last 26 years, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you need tree service, do yourself a favor by hiring Iron Tree.

Awesome company to deal with. Service, price were fantastic. Very competitive. Iron Tree removed around 25 trees and stump grind removed trees all in two days. Very professional!

I was very pleased with this service. Dennis, the owner, came to the house the day after I called and gave us a written estimate, proof of insurance and answered all of our questions. After we agreed on him performing the work he said he would call when they could schedule it. He called About 10 days later and told us they would be there the next morning at 7:30 - 8:00am. The crew showed up on time. They set up their huge crane and were very careful about my property. They laid down plywood on my driveway and 6x6's and plywood under the feet so it would not dig into my grass. They removed all the trees, ran everything they could thru the chipper and hauled away the huge logs. They worked right thru a cold rain. They raked up any small branches and swept up my driveway. You would not have known they had been there! The work was completed in about 6 hours. They may not be the lowest estimate you get but the work they do is well worth the price.

We needed to remove a volunteer Silver Maple tree in a tight corner and prune a large Pine tree. Iron tree cleanly removed the Silver Maple and beautifully pruned the pine tree. We are happy with the results.

Iron tree service came in $100 cheaper than 2 other quotes. Their response time for a quote was within 48 hours. They scheduled the work within 5 days. The able and professional crew came with the bucket truck and made short but careful work of removing 3 large overhanging branches from a large maple. The crew removed 2 other branches at no extra charge that made sense to remove. They also took out a medium size maple and grouping of lilacs. They took everything away including some branches I had removed myself. Step two was the stump grinding, which I was told would happen in a few days. The crew member confirmed this before he did the job and confirmed that no payment would be due till the stumps were ground. I had a drainage project to do and called the company about 10 days later and asked when they could grind the stumps. They came the next day and did a great job and I paid them. Thanks!
