I cannot say enough about what an outstanding job Iron Tree did! From start to finish Dennis responded in a timely way providing a free estimate, insurance information as well as a fair price. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few weeks and arrived on time with a fleet of the largest most high tech equipment. They protected our property very carefully before beginning the work and explained to me what they would be doing. Each member of the team was highly skilled, friendly, professional and efficient in their work, completing everything within a four hour period, including clean-up! I hope that anyone who has tree removal needs will consider using this young company. They are hardwroking professionals who know their business and honor their estimates! Bravo Iron Tree!

10 trees were remove by crane in half a day. The crew was fast, curteous, punctual, and unlike other tree removal services clean. Other than the stumps you would not know there had been a large crane in our front yard lifting trees over the house. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work Eric and his crew completed.

It went very well. Three of the trees were next to the driveway and a nearby shed. They were able to use a bucket for these trees. The other two were located at the back of the property where a bucket could not be used. A climber got to the top of two very tall trees and dropped the section without damage to any of the very nearby trees. This team worked very well together and respected each other which made it comfortable for me as a client to interact with them. They cleaned us well and left before I could thank them, so I hope this gets to them.

We interviewed multiple arborists/tree services. Iron Tree was the best price, but we chose them ultimately because they were so professional, responsive and informative. We started out thinking that we just needed a couple trees pruned, but Eric found many dead or dying trees on our property that were at risk of falling on our or our neighbor's property. We had this confirmed by other arborists as well. We were confident in his recommendations, and so pleased with his work that we then hired Iron Tree to do the plantings to replace the trees that we had to remove. All the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. They even tried to help catch our neighbors runaway dog!

Eric from Iron Tree Service is top shelf. He took time to provide all of the information needed at the time the estimate was done. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. The job entailed removing the large Maple via crane from a narrow space between two houses. The crew on scene was courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The crew also left the job site clean. I had numerous estimates and had met a handful of other contractors to do the job. I went with the one I found to be the most knowledgeable and professional. Iron Tree's price for the job was more than reasonable. I would certainly use Iron Tree Service again and refer them to anyone.

It was fabulous. The crew is always prompt, courteous, and efficient. Iron Tree is not the “lowest cost provider”. But they are always the “highest value provider”. I’ve tried other companies. You have the small operators with raggedy equipment, but the project drags on, with marginal outcomes, because of poor equipment and limited expertise. Or, you have other well capitalized providers, who believe they are such a de facto choice, that they can “bait and switch”, and try to extort more money from you to finish the project. I have, for example, used a well-known provider in Essex MA, (identifiable by a fleet of spiffy red trucks with the owner’s name in large white block letters on the sides). The owner pulled his crew out without finishing the job they were doing for me during Spring 2013, and felt he could then “negotiate” additional monies to do what he was originally supposed to do for a fixed price that he had quoted. I had to bring in Iron Tree to clean up after them, and I have been using Iron Tree extensively ever since. Not to say that that other company doesn’t have some good crew members; they do. But, as they say, “the fish rots from the head”.
