+ -1 moreChris was great. He showed up to do the work the same day I called him (a Sunday) and stuck with it until the job was done. The cable had to be routed outside the house and involved some more work than we both expected. He completed it in a couple of hours and stood by his original quote.

+ -1 moreChris spent much of the day remotely accessing my PC - clearing caches, cookies, eliminating unnecessary programs, etc. Although he achieved some success, he saw that my CPU and hard drive had both reached the end of their useful lives. He helped me to download and save all of my files to protect against further degradation and offered to assist me in selecting a new PC and helping to retrieve the saved files to put on the new one. He went above and beyond my expectations and I will certainly rehire and recommend Golden Eagle!
