I found DRB Air Conditioner Service to be quite responsive, even in a heatwave, and to be quite understanding, as I live alone and am disabled. DRB quickly responded to help me out, replacing my AC unit. Very reasonably priced, and quite professional. They made me feel *looked after* and promised to take care of my needs. I recommend them to anybody.

DRB reached out to me and arrived at my home that same day. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. Found the problem with heat pump and repaired that day. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using DRB Heating and Cooling services for years now. Often times, service is completed by the owner himself, which is great. But other technicians have serviced my furnace or a/c, and theyâ  ve all done a fine job. No complaints here! Dan is reliable, competent, and a consummate professional, and he never tries to upsell. Sophia always keeps me informed, including when Dan is running late. With any repairs, one must anticipate delays, as the technician might run into unexpected complications at a previous job. I do appreciate that Sophia keeps customers informed. Itâ  s those small things that makes a big difference.

They were quick to respond and I appreciated that. It was a very hot week and the owner was busy but made the time to come out to my check my A/C filters. A second person came out to do the final work and, possibly due to this, there was confusion over what work had been done and the amount charged. DRB reached out to me to, explained the mistake, and reimbursed me for the small amount overcharged. I'm happy with this resolution.

With a nightmare experience from the bogus company who installed my system only 18 months prior, Dan was such a welcomed surprise in honest and professional HVAC service! He was at my house almost immediately after my call! He couldn't be more thorough and took the time to explain every detail without charging me an arm and a leg. He restored my belief in the existence of authentic customer service!!!! He looked at my system inch by inch and went through every nook and cranny to assure he didn't miss anything; saying "I want to make sure I gets it right the first time", yet he didn't soak me dry for his effort. I feel a sense of relief that I now have a HVAC guy who will take care of all my heating and cooling needs and I won't have to wonder if he taking me for a ride.
