Jeff was on time and professional. We had the second floor carpets cleaned along with the stairs. Honestly I haven't had my rugs cleaned for a while and they look like new. I can't believe I waited so long in between visits. They should send reminders every 6 months to a year.

I initially was looking for someone to shampoo the wall to wall carpets and do a general cleaning in a place I'll soon be moving in to. The person whom I spoke with was polite and professional on the phone, but due to a car accident, they are not cleaning carpets for a while. The quote for the general cleaning (two bathrooms and the kitchen including all cabinets) was way, way too high so I decided against using them.

They were able to come within a day or two, and did a good job. I was able to walk on the rug fairly soon after he was done.

Rug was picked up the day after I called. He said it would take a few days to have it cleaned. I asked that he deliver it when finished. When he called to inform me rug was ready about 2 wks later, I decided to pick it up myself, since we had guests coming the weekend and I couldn't wait for delivery the following Tues. Rug was nicely cleaned and fresh. Absolutely no damage. He cheerfully deducted the delivery charge from the total. Very professional and friendly. Allow enough time for him to do a good job. Highly recommended.

The quality of work was very good and I was very satisfied with the job they did. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to. I called to make the appointment and they were very professional.
