I left for work in the morning, and when I got home I had a brand new roof. Coastal Windows and Exteriors went through the whole process including pictures of the work done. Coastal Windows and Exteriors made the entire process so easy and worry free.

The crew arrived on time in the morning. they were friendly and professional. the job was done with care. New roof put on in one day. Upon completion of the job our yard was cleaned from any debris. New roof looks great!

Just hired this company to do the siding on our house after reading great reviews on Angie's list. . Ernie called me right away when I first contacted the company, and Brian came out shortly thereafter. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and not pushy, which we really appreciate. We look forward to seeing the end result of this investment!

They did a great job replacing the windows and again when I had an issue with a window they replaced it without a problem (took a little while to get the right one ordered). They were fast and very professional and neat. I think they were a little expensive but I really have nothing to compare it too because I didn't have the opportunity to get other estimates.

It went really well. They worked with us. There was a little minor hiccup in the beginning, but they worked with us, I kind of just put that more towards the timing as far as things going on around the holidays and people were so busy. Besides that, they came out and they did a good job from what I can see. I?ll give them a good report. I always like to leave room for improvement, nobody?s perfect. I would give them an ?A-?, I like to motivate as well. I think they did a pretty good job, they could always be better though. They were on time. Pretty much everything we covered, everything I gave a grade for, it all factored into the grade. The job, as far as communicating with me, what was going on, at what time. They even sent some pictures to my phone. So, they kept me abreast through the situation. As far as the price, who wouldn?t want a lower price, but I think it was reasonable. I definitely do, especially for the work done compared to our previous work we had done, where we actually paid more and got shi**ier work. Excuse my language! The fact that they back it up with a warranty, it all factored into my ?A? for them. I think overall the price goes with the work, and the professionalism that they provided.

The sales process was like taking a class in window technology. We felt very reassured that we were making the right choice for our house and that the price was right for the quality. The only issue we had was scheduling the install (twice delayed, once unavoidable) which made the process slightly more difficult but even then their back office was communicative throughout and made a concerted effort to get it right following the mix-up. The install took less than a full day (for 6 windows) and the technicians were spotlessly clean and did a great job. We are super happy with our new windows: after living on a busy street in the city for 7 years, the peace and quiet these windows provide has made an enormous difference in our home. Very happy with the product and service provided and rest assured with the lifetime guarantee that we will remain satisfied.

I am in a process of installing new windows and getting the siding done. Everyone I had talked to from this company have been extremely informative, professional, friendly and pleasure to work with. My profession is in a design field, so detail and precision are very important. They patiently listened and accommodated to my wishes. I feel very well taken care of by the people who work for this company. I was looking for the quality and durability of work and product, and Coastal is giving me exactly that and more. That said, I will follow up with another review once the work is done. It is an added benefit to use a local business which workers are familiar with the characteristics of this region's architectural history and impact of its climate. I feel blessed to have them on my side. ... And now the work is done, here's the result! This past two days have been life changing for me with three new windows and spectacular views that were hidden behind the walls. Mark, Keith and the crew were working non-stop for two long days to get the work done. They were very good at communicating everything they were going to do and doing, worked efficiently with precision. The ladder going up 30 ft+ to the attic was carefully and safely placed and had someone looking out for falling debris so no one got hurt. They also cleaned up spotlessly before they left. I am very happy with my windows. Working with Coastal was a real fun experience. As a single woman, I worry about getting taken advantage of with high prices and low quality work, but talking to Christian from Coastal made me feel secure because he went through every detail and process and had answers for all the little questions I had. Also having the guarantee from a well-established company gave me an additional comfort. Thank you everyone at Coastal. I will enjoy my new windows for the rest of my life.

I felt very comfortable with my sales rep Brian and what he expressed as far as Coastal taking care of me and my house. They just finished both projects and my house looks great. I highly recommend Coastal Windows & Exteriors and will refer my friends and family.

Great! On time & very nicely put in-dramatic difference in the kitchen w/ the new window & we'll appreciate the warmth that will result from new windows in DR-the old ones were "shrank" and very drafty. Dave & Joe were cleaned everything up prior to leaving would definitely recommend Coastal Windows.

The office called several times to see how it was going. Both times were a wonderful experience for a homeowner. On time and hard working. John the windows installer made sure to have us inspect his work and explain how to operate the revers able windows for cleaning. Great personality.

John was right on time. He had to do a lot of cutting & sawing to make the hole for the new door. He did special metal work to go around the edge. My wife loves the new door. That's what counts!

Excellent support from beginning to end. All the teams were professional ( windows, siding and doors). I can definitely tell the difference in how quite my home is since i live on a busy street. The windows, doors and siding turned out exactly the way i wanted. My Neighbors and other people from the community stop and tell me daily how great the home looks, i think that says it all. I anticipate heat savings this year once this cold weather rolls in.

The window installation team showed up early-a plus for me and they were friendly and professional. They completed the job in less than the quoted time and cleaned up after themselves and made sure. I was satisfied before they left.
