Description of Work: Everything very professional from start to finish. Clean up was great too.

Description of Work: The process was very orderly and efficient. We met with a sales rep in October and ordered 3 windows. Within a couple of weeks, someone came to measure the windows, which took just a few minutes. The windows were ready in about 6 weeks. They were delivered on Friday and installed two days later (though they don't usually work Sundays). There were some challenges removing the old windows, but the new ones fit perfectly and they were done within an hour. We look forward to better insulation in the living room this winter.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof. They were very responsive and professional. I had a problem with a leak in the roof and they were there within hours to put a tarp up. They were very thorough when they replaced the roof and installed top quality materials. When they were finished, they left the area cleaner than when they started. Job well done!

Description of Work: The flat rubber roof on my condo needed some repairs so i looked up roofers on Angie's List. I found Coastal, who was local and had some favorable reviews. I was able to speak with Mark and we were able to set up a time for an estimate. He did inform me that while Coastal did roofing, he may have to subcontract out the work if it only would be a repair (as opposed to replacing the whole roof). In the end this wouldn't matter as Mark never showed up, nor returned any of my call- I'm sure this happens a lot in the contracting world, however it doesn't lessen the frustration on the consumers end. Hopefully, the company can learn from this post and improve on their lacking costumer service.

Description of Work: Complete waste of time. The offer was for gutter repair/replacement. We needed some sections of our exiting gutter replaced from the bad ice storms over the winter. The house is a large Victorian. When I scheduled the on-site quote I was very specific in what needed to be replaced. I had to leave work early to meet the estimator. The estimator was very professional and I walked him around my house to point out areas that needed replacement. He then called his office and talked with the owner who instructed him that they would not bid on replacement of sections of the gutter only a complete new gutter replacement for the whole house. Even the estimator said this made no sense since most of my gutters are in good shape. A complete wast of my time. All they had to do was communicate what services they provide and do not provide. Instead they wasted an afternoon of my time.

Description of Work: Roof replacement was fast. They cleaned up well and performed after work fix up on some trim.

Description of Work: Complete new roof. Stripped all old roofing (2 layers), installed some new wood substructure, cut new ridge vent, installed total roof seal and rubber ice dam shield, reflashed around vents and chimney, and installed top-grade GAF roof shingles. We had NO leakage or ice dams this entire winter. Did the work in one day.

When they found out that we didn't want to do more they said the job was too small, but had already cashed the voucher - still waiting for the refund. |Definitely felt like a bait and switch
