It went great. Very reliable company. Done in a professional manner. The crew worked very well together. Any question we had got answered. We know we can call anytime if we have more questions. They cleaned up well after themselves. Used great quality supplies. Various payment options to choose from. Great referral program, we received a $500 check for referring a neighbor.

This was the first time we used them. They seemed professional and everything in every aspect. I have nothing in particular against them. There were some glitches in the end, some misunderstanding regarding how one specific aspect of the job was supposed to be done, some technical detail. But that was just a lesson for both parties to take things in writing the next time. I've had no issues with the windows. Everything is fine.

Coastal is alright. Coastal was okay. They have pretty good windows. I didn't have any problems.

everything went really well , but color was a shade off and a few thing they said were coming back to fix last week but haven't re turned yet . but they were real fast cleaned up real well . I had my down stairs done 10 window .

I will write again after all the work is done, but I wanted just to give a preliminary report. I am a single woman who has been finding it overwhelming to take care of my almost 20 year old house. I am so pleased to have found a company that really seems to care about me and my needs. I could not be more impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness, as well as with the quality of their product. I asked for and received valuable advice even a bit beyond the scope of the project. The price also seems very fair for the high quality of the doors and windows (and was lower than other quotes I got). I would definitely recommend consulting Coastal Windows and Exteriors for any door or window project.

Salesperson stayed for one hour to explain process. Estimate was given. Date was set up to do the work after a few days. Sub visited for a clarification on scope of project. Dumpster was delivered on time. Workers came right on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently in less time than proposed. Site was completely cleaned up at close of the work. Dumpster was picked up Monday after the holiday weekend. No complaints. They did a super job and even had recommendations for other services they don't offer.

The install went great. They arrived on time, worked quickly and left everything very neat. The windows work great, keep the house cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. The windows seem to be very high quality. I would say the only downside was that they seem kind of expensive. Even though they offered me 40% off, they still seemed expensive.

We experienced some communication issues with Coastal Windows and Exteriors that I chalk up to the fact that you seem to be actually dealing with 3 or more separate entities: the sales organization, a project manager that measures and schedules, and contractors they hire to do the install. One group seemed at times to not know what the other was doing. This resulted in miscommunications about who was coming out to do measurements and when, the type of glass they spec'd out, and the wrong windows being delivered and installed. However, they made good on all these issues to our satisfaction and beyond. Sales was responsive and punctual. The custom windows were ready in 4 weeks, the short side of their 4-6 week estimate. And we love the final results. The "Southern Climate" Elite glass is really cutting down on the amount of radiant heat that our old windows let in which used to heat up our condo quickly on summer mornings. They slide like a dream, too. A special tip of the cap to Rich and Richie, the installation/comedy team. ;-) They did a thorough job while leaving a minimal amount of debris in their wake. I would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Windows and Exteriors.

Everything was done professionally and exceeded my expectations in all cases. The even warmth throughout the house is great. Anywhere they encountered questionable sills they fixed same for a tight installation.

I had called in February for a quote, but my timeline had changed so I recontacted them in October. When speaking with the original sales rep, I explained that I had spoken with several other vendor and had gotten quotes. He reviewed the quotes and gave a fair price and didn't go through the whole spiel again. Also this was one of the very few companies that would allow me do the interview/sales demo without my wife. My wife and I had both gone over what we wanted and she had trusted me to pick a vendor. Most other companies had rules about this, and while I'm sure with good reason, if you couldn't be flexible you don't get my business. In October the sales manager came out and reviewed the quote I had gotten and honored the price I was given at the time. He was very courteous and explained all the options. This was part of a bigger renovation and even had some pointers on some of the things we were working on which was great. The windows were available and installed withing the time frame that they had initially provided. The window installation took part of a day due to having open walls. I'll be contacting them when I redo the first floor rooms.

Did not use this contractor--too expensive. Used another roofing company and saved $8,000.

From the first phone call to Coastal Windows & Exteriors we were impressed with their professionalism and genuine understanding of how they could improve our home! When the sales rep came to our house to show us the many samples , he was not only well versed in the products but how the entire process of having the windows installed would go beginning to end. Once we chose our windows the turn around time of product and installation was very speedy! The crew arrived to install 16 windows , and they couldn't have been nicer! They were considerate of the fact that I had a napping toddler in a room close by where they were working, and worked around his nap time to complete all rooms near his before he went down for his nap, that was a BIG deal to me :) They were efficient with time but very thorough in making sure every window was perfect before cleaning up any minimal mess they made during their install. A couple of days later I got a call from one of the owners, Stephanie to follow up on how pleased we were with the whole Coastal Window experience. She was very kind and even gave me some much needed interior design advice, as we got off topic having what felt like a ittle girl chat! All in all the entire process from start to finish was awesome! I would definitley recommend Coastal Windows & Exteriors to anyone ! In fact , we found out about this company from our neighbor who had their entire home's windows replaced. It just goes to show you that a great reputation really does earn you more business!!!

After several failed attempts to find a vendor able to replace the windows in my condominium while being able to maintain the same outside appearance (due to strict condo rules) I was lucky enough to be referred to coastal. The salesperson came out, quoted the job and assured me that it should be no issue for the installers. I was able to order new modern windows keeping the "architectural grey" externior and having a new better looking off white inside facing frame. After the order was placed It took 3 or 4 weeks to get the call that they were ready for install. we booked the install for a day several weeks in the future. I then received A call offering me an early installation due to a rescheduling which I I accepted. On install day the 2 person crew in the AM, Unloaded and started the process of removing my old windows. by 5 PM the 5 new windows were in including new custom window trim. A few days later I noticed a small hole in one of the screens. Made a call to coastal and they had it replaced in a matter of days. Overall an excellent experience!

Crew walked all over bushes in front of windows. Smashing them flat to the ground. Took two days instead of half day promised. Willing to leave big gaps open to outside during coldest part of year. Did fix after pointing out heat loss factor. Basement windows were not wide enough to fit existing enclosure. 1 1/2 inches narrow so they filled with spray foam and caulking. Bonus is owner did try to alleviate issues with $50 gift card and sending someone out reseal outside of basement windows. So far still awaiting basement window resealing. 3 months now and counting. ***Update*** Company has contacted us multiple times to make sure we were happy with the windows. They said they have let the crew that installed our windows go. They have since done everything in their power to make us happy with our windows. Basement windows are now sealed properly and look good.

Went great. They contacted me but were not pushy. Salesperson was nice and helpful. The installer did a great job. Windows look great. Cleaned up well. Needed to come back to fix a couple of things and came back exactly when they said they would.
