floor cleaning
+ -1 moreINITIAL RESPONSE WAS SOMEWHAT SLOW, BUT NOT TERRIBLE. WORK WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE AND IN BUDGET. SCRAPS OF SAND PAPER, CIGARETTE BUTTS, AND A BAG OF DUST FROM THE SANDING WERE LEFT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. WORK INITIALLY LOOKED GOOD OVERALL, WITH A FEW DRIPS AND SPILLS. HOWEVER, SEVERAL BUBBLES IN THE POLYURETHANE HAVE APPEARED. DESPITE PROMISES TO COME BACK, THE CONTRACTOR HAS FAILED TO RESPOND TO NUMEROUS CALLS OVER THE PAST 2 MONTHS AND HAS MADE APPOINTMENTS ONLY TO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HIRING THIS CONTRACTOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS YOURSELF!
