Hey arrived promptly and showed me my choices and the cost and the garage door was installed and ready to go before all the storms arrived. They had not put thetim back on with the initial installation but then the forms hit and we waited until the snow had melted! I am not sure that I have the correct installation date, but the end result was awesome and I would strongly recommend them

I have never met a man so unprofessional. His time was clearly more important than ours. We were stood up multiple times only to receive a "sorry...he was busy" by his secretary. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

Filled out an estimate request from their on-line page on Sunday. Got auto-reply email that I should be hearing from them soon. Tuesday morning I got my email with the quote. Called at 1:50 PM and the owner answered the phone. He told me that he advises the replacement both springs. As I would not be able to be home in time, he offered to send me a bill after work was completed. Had my son clear out space under the tracks to limit any prep work. He had a 2 man truck at my home within 2 hours as they were already in the area finishing up another job locally. They removed both cable/spring setups. Installed the new cable/spring setups. Hauled away old springs and large pieces of cable. I would have given them Excellent in all categories, BUT they left the small wire cuttings on the garage floor.

We replaced our old garage door with a new panel-style steel door and also got a belt-drive door opener. Jim is very passionate about his business. When I visited his showroom he spoke at length about the extra steps he takes to make sure his installations are top-notch...no cutting corners or using cheap materials. They were busy, so the installation did not happen immediately, but they put me on their schedule and got the job done when they said they would. Everything was perfect. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.

It took a few days to schedule the visit which I expected. They gave a 2 hour visit window and arrived during the middle of that time. The work took 1 hour. They were friendly and worked fast and tried a couple of springs for the best performance. They moved some things that were in their way and put them back when they were done. They were able to work around other things that were in their way. They pointed out some issues and features of the doors. They were repair servicemen and not door salesmen. I have a door that needs replacing and someone else from the company will need to come to discuss it. They adjusted a second door while here but it will soon need new springs. I have no complaints about the visit. They were very professional. I'd use them again.

It went very well. They came out when they said they would and was timely. They had to order some parts, but they came back when they said they would. The work was good and I liked the price. It went very smooth and gave quality service. We had two or three quotes and thought their price was fair. They responded right away and was very good with their punctuality.

They arrived on time and finished the job in about one day. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again in the future.

He was prompt and capable. I think his responsiveness was very good and I don't remember him not being punctual. He seemed pretty professional.

I believe my husband was very happy with them. My husband is very particular about home repairs and he didn't complain about them, that means they did a good job. He is the type that if things didn't go well I would still be hearing about it and I have heard not one word of a problem. All I remember about the price is that we paid what we were quoted.

Excellent experience! Though the owner was attending to a dying relative, his technician came out to measure and discuss options. Once Jim was back several days later, we met with him in his shop and showed us a ton of options. He is creative, and clearly excited and invested in his profession! They accurately estimated the time to order our custom doors, called us promptly to set up installation,showed up early the day of, and finished very quickly. The doors are awesome, better than we expected, and seal so completely, they solved a water leaking problem we've had for 10 years. There were a few minor glitches in phone calls in the beginning, but we attribute that to the close family member who was dying. Unlike other estimates we received, these guys are a honest and solid company.
