Description of Work: Very difficult to work with. Have to remind time and time again about some basic stuff that has been agreed per contract. Can't get my key contact to even respond to my requests and reminders. I feel like after we have signed the contract - I was at their mercy to do whenever they feel like doing stuff. Delays throughout the process from applying to permits to lining up their subcontractors to do work to follow up and "clean up" work. I would certainly not recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe experience was awesome. They are a new company, just starting up. They were very reliable, very easy to work with and came up with very creative options to fix some problems. They were also very honest and upfront with us. They are relatively a new company, so, they told us what their experience level is and I really appreciated their honesty.
Description of Work: They put in a new heating & cooling system that includes hot water.
