+ -1 moreThey've been very good. Bob is great at getting back to me and keeping me in the loop on what is going on with my machines. He tells you how it is and doesn't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need.
Description of Work: They installed heating systems and do my annual cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe had no hot water over the weekend, so called and left a message. Called them on Monday morning and they said that we were on the list to call and they re-routed the service guy to come to our house first. It took an hour or more to figure out what was wrong and then an hour or so to fix it - he had the part in his van. Service man was very polite and professional. Labor cost about 90 of the 300.
Description of Work: Water heater on boiler wasn't working. Box on top of burner was replaced.

+ -1 moreHe failed to respond initially to my first call. A few weeks later, the second time I called and reached him. He gave many excuses for not calling me back the first time, but then he agreed to come and look things over and submit a price. I never heard from him again.
Description of Work: I was calling for an estimate on purchasing and installing a new furnace.
