Fine, he did a good job.

He did a great job and was willing to pick up some items that were needed. All work was done well and he cleaned up after himself.

Rich did a fabulous job. He was reasonable, honest, and had several ideas for how we could make the best use of the basement space. He also did a beautiful job with the deck. We couldn't be happier with his work and will happily hire him again for other projects in the future.

Very happy with the work done! Needed and extra sleeping space, and Rich did a fantastic job of adding a support and series of slats to make my son's loft bed into a bunk bed.

The dining room turned out beautifully! Rich is meticulous and incredibly detail oriented which is key in a custom woodworking project such as this. He encountered a major issue midway through which was a significant slope in the floor on one of the sides of the dining room. He determined how to fix the baseboard to minimize the visual effect of this slope. You can't even tell that it is there now! He completed the installation of the moulding and we finished the project off with paint. I would highly recommend Rich if you have a project that you want done just right.

We've hired Rich Kramer many times to perform all sorts of tasks around our house. He's able to handle anything we ask him to do, and does everything quickly and with great results. I'd recommend Rich and Wood is Good to anyone!

Rich was great! He walked me through the pros and cons of the project and had my best interest in mind.

After having a difficult time finding a handyman for several interior projects, it was great to deal with someone as responsive as Rich. The work came in above estimate, as it took him some labor time to take apart the banister just to find out what was causing the wobbling, and I added a couple of smaller projects after the first day, so I don't see this as an issue - communication and updates on how the work was going were same-day and thorough. His woodworking really stands out (like the same says, I guess). The banister needed a lot of work, but you wouldn't be able to tell - it looks like it did before, except now it's fully secure.
