He submitted a bill of $21,000 for less than two full days of work by two men. All he did was remove about 150 sq ft of ceiling to allow water from a burst pipe to drain, bring in 8 dehumidifiers and 9 fans, take a couple of moisture readings, move three pieces of furniture down the hall in my house to a bedroom (charge for "major content manipulation" was $2960). I was extremely distraught at the damage and wrote him two checks-one for $2000 and one for $5000 which he cashed moments after getting it at my bank. Insurance adjustor recommended I tell him to stop all work on day three. He did and suddenly he was difficult to get hold of, did not show up for three scheduled meetings. On day six he sent someone I had never seen before with a rent a truck to get the equipment out of here. No protection for his two workers. Adjustor said an asbestos test should have been done prior to tearing down ceiling, and said he does not conform to industry standard charges (exacta mate?)

The unscrupulous behavior of Brandon Campbell is well documented; wish I'd done quick Google search. He stole $600 from me.Left piles of garbage after doing a fraction of the work and poorly at that.Didn't lift a finger while his guys worked, exploited the poor guys doing the work while putting their health at risk without safety gear. Actually snuck a look at my garage entry code while my GC entered it and repeated the number outloud. Just stay away.

They took hours and hours to get there. They only tore out the carpet that wasnt under any furniture. They placed dyers in the basement. They were supposed to come bavk the next day..they never showed..the owner was impossible to work with. Next day again they didnt show up all the while i has raw sewerage in my basement.I ended up having to get the police involved just to get their equipment out of my house because i had hired a reputable company to do what they hadn't. Come ro find out i was never given paperwork they are legally bound to provide me about payment. It took another week to get their equipment out of my house. And the owners own employees said this was common practice for the owner.I paid him nothing.
Description of Work: I had a sewer pipe burst in my finished basement. They were supposed to clean everything and remove all soiled carpet and disinfect the basement.

On 4/24/2015 I had a sewer leak of about 60 gallons in my furnished basement. I called this company at 1:45pm and they said they would be out shortly.Several phone calls and 5 hours later they finally showed up and set up their equipment. They said they would be back the next day to remove the carpeting. They came at 8:00pm. Then they said they would be back on Saturday 4/262015 to disinfect the foundation and other areas.I paid them $500.00 and the rest was to go thru my insurance company. Its now Tuesday 4/28/2015 and they still haven't come back and all their equipment is still here.I canceled the check and have called them repeatedly to come and get their equipment out of my house. The police called them also to come and get it.The owner Brandon Campbell threatened to put a lien on my house because I canceled the check. He told the police he had finished the job which was a lie.The police asked him when he was here to do the work..Mr Campbell told them Tuesday and Wednesday.. Another lie..my sewer didn't leak until Thursday. He also told the police he would be here last night to pick his equipment up...its still in my basement. This company is run by a liar and a cheat.Zero communication with me and I had to call several times and only got the run around.Don't hire this company unless you want to be taken.
Description of Work: The company came and dryer and dehumidified my carpets after a sewer leak in my basement. The second day they tore up all the carpeting and that's it. They did not finish the job.

The team of three performed the work in an ambient temperature of 88 F. They are fantastic: polite, affable, hardworking. Mr. Campbell makes sure the work is done to your satisfaction, pitching in if necessary. I have some work in the attic to be done soon, and I'll go straight to them.
Description of Work: Description of work:Thorough clean up of a 600 square feet, 3 feet high crawl space: removal of construction debris, including heavy pieces of concrete, removal of musty old ceiling insulation in the same crawl space. Whatever came out had to be carried through a low-ceilinged basement, up some steps and then some 60 feet on a gravel path to the truck parked in the street. Ambient temperature was 88 F.

Brandon and his two employees were very responsive. We had several smaller floods after the initial mid-March one, and they were at our house when they said they would. During the storms, they worked overtime to take care of all of their customers when other similar companies in the area simply put people on long waiting lists. During one of the floods, they were in our basement late into the night so we wouldn't have to put up with a flooded basement overnight. After the floods, our insurance company sent in an adjuster to inspect the site. She found that Brandon had mis-measured our basement resulting in a hefty over-charge. I wrote to him with this information and received a reimbursement for the entire over-charge amount two days later, with profuse apologies . He explained that he was exhausted at the time and the basement had about a foot of water making accurate measurement difficult. I have dealt with many contractors; most would rather die than reimburse for an error after the customer has signed the work order, hence accepting all charges. My overall experience is testimony to Brandon's integrity as a professional.
Description of Work: During the storms in March, 2010, our basement was flooded several times. Brandon responded very quickly and with the appropriate equipment. They pumped out the water, fumigated with anti-bacterial and anti-mold agents, and left several industrial-size fans and one dehumidifier in the basement to move the air and speed up the drying process. All of the services they performed were charged on a flat fee per square foot.

I had to call them back out because the job wasn't finished. They left their equipment behind and left the basement dirty. They said it was clean, but it wasn't. I have tried to call them for a month to get a bill and they will not returned my calls. I have even sent registered mail to them and still no answer. UPDATE: I finally got a a bill from them but it was inflated to $7500. I paid them $5400 which is what my insurance approved. I wrote “final payment” on the check and they accepted it. I consider this resolved and complete.
Description of Work: They cleaned out my basement that had been flooded. They drained the water and removed everything and sanitized it.
