Thermoil is excellent. They are my go to technician for plumbing, heating and oil services. 100% reliable. They’re always available. I don’t get others anymore. They attended to my heating problems even late at night.

I couldn’t ask for better service. I would never consider using a different company.

We have used Thermoil services many times, including plumbing work, water heater installation and ductless cooling and heating for our first home. When we moved to iur new home, they delivered oil on a schedule based on our consumption. And recently, Thermoil installed heat pump for our second floor and ductless heating/cooling for our first floor. They are fair, punctual and professional. We recommended them to friends and family and will absolutely use their services. They pickup the phone when we need them the most and take care of our family like their own.

It was a disaster. They held up our project for weeks preventing us from moving home. When we finally moved home, two of the tubs they installed leaked and caused hundreds of dollars in water damage. After the boiler was purchased, they would not show up to install it. I had to threaten them to get them to show up and install it.

He came out this afternoon, took one look at the furnace and said there’s nothing wrong with this furnace. You don’t need a new one. He fixed it in fifteen minutes. It just needed the water valve adjusted. Of course, this should have been seen and fixed by my service company whose only interest, apparently, was to sell me a new furnace rather than fulfilling their service contract. Angelo saved me thousands of dollars. He was fabulous. I have not yet received his bill but I will happily pay it. Great to get an honest person.

Thermoil come out and filled the freon (again). They also did a leaked test and confirmed the worst case scenario (leak is in the coil). The tech was professional, explained everything throughly. They were slightly late as the previous scheduled technician had an emergency, but they called and informed us ahead time and sent a second technician about an hour later.

Smooth. However, we had to wait a little bit since they get busy from time to time.

They were very professional, responsible, punctual, it's a great company to do business with. Their excellent. They can do everything, working on hot water heater, their doing plumbing, their doing gas lines and if you got people doing that kind of work for you, you want to make sure you got people that know what they are doing, a lot of time it emergency work when the heat goes out, you lose water pressure they get right out there.

Excellent on all fronts. The work was done professionally, the pricing was reasonable and it was done on a timely manner.

We had lots of problem from the previous house renovation when they had come in to fix HVAC system. They were really through and made sure to keep it clean too. I would call them back and recommend to my friends.

But besides having great guys on his crew (Robson and Francisco), the work was performed all in one day and they cleaned up after themselves very neatly. On top of it all, I had a huge box delivered but had thrown out my back, so I asked if they could help move it into the garage--and they moved the whole thing themselves for me. Just very classy, nice folks. And good at what they do.

I first started using Thermoil 3 years ago after meeting the owner, Angelo, who impressed me with his knowledge, his background, his responsiveness, and his business sense. I first contracted them to service my oil burner and deliver my oil. I was amazed at the savings that I made by switching to Thermoil as compared to the previous supplier. A year later, I contracted them to service my central AC unit and to also install two ductless AC units for my basement and a separate office. That went very well also and I was very pleased with their work. Now, Thermoil handles all my AC work as well as my oil and the plumbing around the house. As a result, I have accomplished significant savings and the work is excellent. I recommend Thermoil with no reservations. they are a very reliable and honest company.

They are very reliable and come right away whenever we call them. They come whenever the tank is about three quarters empty. They are professional and really good. They are reasonably priced too.
