From my first conversation with Mackenzie, I felt like I was in great hands. Someone came by to check out our situation and they answered all of our questions thoroughly and we never felt rushed. They were able to start work so quickly, and finish quickly as well. I would 100% hire them again (but I hope I won’t have to!) if we ever have any water damage issues again. Definitely would refer them to my family and friends as well. You can tell this company cares about its customers!
