+ -1 moreJeff was quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate and the timing of the work. He explained in detail how he would do the repairs, how much time it would take, and the cost. We added in another small plaster/painting job for which we provided the paint and he did the work at no extra cost. He was extremely neat and careful painting in our home, punctual and efficient.
Description of Work: I had a number of small painting jobs that required professional expertise and which I needed done soon in order to put house on the market. Jobs included repairs to shower wall in bathroom and bedroom and living room ceilings.

+ 0 moreHe did really good painting work and I'm very appreciative to him. He helped with all sorts of other little things to make sure the apartments were in good order for new tenants.
Description of Work: He came on very short notice, he's done work for me before. I have 3 rentals, and he came over to freshen up the paint on one of the apartments. He did a bunch of other little things for me before people moved in. He also gave me cleaning service in a short time frame.

+ -1 moreJeff came on time... gave a fair price...did the work in a timely, professional fashion and left us all glad with the project.
Description of Work: A good friend suggested that Jeff would be a good person to help with a few painting projects. I had three stairwells that needed repair and painting. I just wanted the walls prepped and painted. I had gotten bids from two other big companies and they wanted to do much more than I wanted. They insisted on skimming, including trim etc. and the prices were steep. Jeff came right on time. He gave me a very good price for the work, but best of all he was willing to do the job that I wanted. I really appreciated that. Jeff got all the work done in a few days, was willing to flexible as to times when people had certain limits. He put up with us when we wanted a different color after the first coat and did not charge too much extra for the change. The folks were he was doing the work were r happy with the results. He was really easy and respectful to work with...so we are pleased all around. Now our hallways are tidy, bright and sunny with a fresh coat of Shooting Star yellow.

+ 0 moreHE DID A GREAT JOB WITH REFINISHING THE HARDWOOD FLOORS, BUT A TERRIBLE JOB REMOVING A WOOD STOVE CHIMNEY AND PATCHING THE CEILING. HE NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB, DESPITE REPEATED PHONE CALLS.
Description of Work: RUG REMOVAL, HARDWOOD FLOOR REFINISHING, WALL REPAIR, AND ROOF REPAIR.
