Description of Work: Lloyd's has done several projects for us. The latest was running coax cable and power to a new location in our master suite and installing recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. Previously we had them rewire our guest room and garage. They always do excellent work and never try to upsell us into something more expensive.

+ -1 moreEric did an awesome job, I would recommend his company to anyone. He installed exterior lighting in my backyard and interior lights in the basement, living room and bedrooms. He fixed my furnace as well. He is very professional and extremely knowledgable.
Description of Work: New lighting in the interior and exterior of my home. Installed appliances and fixed me furnace.

+ 0 moreWe found Eric in the Better Business Bureau when we moved into our new home 4 years ago. We have been relying on his knowledge ever since. We like that he is able to do so many things and he is wonderful to deal with. Eric and his associate Darcy are always pleasant to be around. All the jobs Eric has done for us are listed above and they are always fairly priced. We are happy we have found Eric and we always recommend Lloyd's Electrical to our friends & neighbors.
Description of Work: Eric has been taking care of all our electrical and heating/ac needs for the past 4 years. Eric has -maintained our heating/ac units when they break down.-wired our garage ceiling so our garage door openers have power.-provided power to our sump pumps.-installed our gas dryer.-installed new phone, cable and power lines to our second floor rooms.-installed new ceiling fixtures and replaced old switches. We like and trust Eric so much we insisted he be the electrical and heating/ac contractor on our new addition project. This project included the following tasks:-installed a ductless heating/ac unit for one new room.-installed new duct work to heat/cool another new room.-installed new duct work under an existing sunroom since it was damaged during construction.-installed all new power, electrical outlets, smoke alarms, heat sensors, ceiling speakers, telephone & internet connections, lights (several recessed & decorative lights) and bathroom fans to 2 new rooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.

+ -1 moreI first met Eric years before when my electric bill came in at an astronomical rate. I worked with the electric company after the second enormous bill and they advised me to get someone in to check for the problem. I knew nothing. He quickly figured out that my heating and air conditioning were running at the same time. He said it involved a very small part which he installed right then and there. I thought to myself, this is an honest man. I'm holding on to his name and number. I have recommended him to neighbors and friends. His assistant is excellent, too.
Description of Work: He came to install a new heating and air conditioning system. He was friendly, very professional, and upfront about cost and time. Knowing I had health problems, he provided me with a window air conditioner for my bedroom while doing the work. He did an excellent job on time and at his quoted price. I was VERY satisfied with his work. I felt he did an excellent job on time at a fair cost.

+ 1 moreGreat work! Eric's work was complete and high quality-and he is a darned nice guy to boot! Our heater had stopped working on the third floor. He quickly diagnosed the blower. He then replaced it, did some additional safety work on our clogged chimney, and got our house warm. It has worked flawlessly since then. We also got an estimate on more electrical work. Although we have not hired them for this, the estimate was clearly very nicely priced for us.
Description of Work: Replaced Heater blower(forced hot air-natural gas)and did chimney work.
