We worked directly with Christine Beaudry, who was beyond amazing. She was involved with communications with any workers we had for the renovations to prepare for our sale, managed project timelines, made suggestions for what would help our house sell and provided recommendations for companies that could perform those improvements. She managed negotiations with the buyers of our home and looked out for our best interests. When it came time to purchase a new home, she spent a lot of time emailing with us homes that fit our criteria, giving her input based on experience, and leading us through at least a dozen homes finding the right one for us. Even though I'm sure she had several clients during the 4 months we worked with her, we always felt like we were her only one. We always had her attention, she was very responsive and she was very flexible to accommodate our schedules. I'm not sure how she does it, but she's amazing! Fees were very reasonable and in line with the market for real estate. I estimated $25k based on our sale. Fee is going to depend on your home sale price.

We wanted to buy a house, we also needed to sell our house and fast, we were in a crunch. Noune knew how to price our house right to get the most money and it was done within one weekend. Noune guided us through the whole process, she listened well, was very easy to get hold of and was always available to answer any questions or concerns.
