Description of Work: Hi Energy is listed as an authorized dealer by Weil-McLain, the manufacturer of our furnace (which provides no telephone or online product support). When we had a furnace problem, I called Hi Energy--one of the nearest dealers to my home--to request a service call. I left a detailed message with the lady who answered the phone. No response, no call back. | |

 + 0 moreThis is a family business with a personal touch. When there is a problem with the furnace, the response is quick. My only complaint is it is sometimes difficult to schedule the annual furnace cleaning and tune-up.
Description of Work: Hi Energy has supplied my oil for many years and maintains my furnace. They installed a new furnace which has been working well for over 15 years.

 + 0 moreI have been getting my heating oil from Hi Energy for years now. They show up next day for delivery and once when my boiler wasn't working, the owner came down after dinner at around 8 and showed me and my roommate how to twist a little handle on the heater to fill it with water. A bunch of 20 something year old girls are not the best at home maintenance... but that we can do! And he didn't charge us for the trip! Saves paying a plumber with a call fee!!!
Description of Work: Fixed our heater... and showed us how to do it ourselves next time... for free!

Description of Work: I use High Energy for oil delivery and furnace maintenance.

 + -1 moreI have used this oil company for over 12 years. Nice family owned business. I can't remember if there there was a time when I called and they didn't answer the phone. They are always helpful, friendly, SHOW UP FAST when you need them, and will explain anything you want to know. My upstairs neighbor is also using them from my recommendation. I am moving to a new house that has gas instead of oil, and I miss these guys.
Description of Work: In addition to oil delivery, they have done heating repair work.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS A FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE FAMILY BUSINESS WHICH HAS GIVEN ME EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS.
Description of Work: HEATING OIL. YEARLY CLEANING AND SERVICING OF OIL FURNACE. REPAIRS AS NEEDED. YEARLY SERVICING FEE IS ABOUT $40, CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN MANY COMPANIES. WHEN I HAD A LEAKY RADIATOR, THEY FIXED IT FOR NO CHARGE.
