+ -1 moreMr. Ayer was very responsive and helpful. He drew up plans and conferred with us about different options. He helped us choose a contractor by providing a list of names with ones he worked with and he checked their work along the way. He is a very nice person and we appreciate his help.
Description of Work: Provided structural engineering assessment for basement and drew up detailed plans for a contractor to perform the work.

+ -1 moreFrancois was very responsive and did excellent work. He made an initial visit to the site to investigate the existing structure and take measurements, and then produced drawings very promptly. He visited the site again during construction to check the contractor's work, and was able to point out some things that the contractor had missed and asked him to correct it. With Francois' help, the job proceeded quite smoothly.
Description of Work: Francois provided structural engineering services for an addition and renovation project. The work was quite extensive and included steel beams and columns as well as engineered wood beams. He did calculations and developed drawings for construction and to enable the contractor to obtain a building permit.
