Description of Work: We used Buono last year (2013) for a rat problem in our yard. They "gassed" the rat holes and removed excessive mulch around a tree. We still had rats. This year, they came back and infused highly concentrated mint into the earth (we have a dog and did not want poisonous substances). Since they infused the mint, we have not seen a rat. We will do this again next spring. Hassan is courteous and a pleasure to work with.

+ -1 moreTheir pricing is reasonable. They are excellent. They are very professional, very responsive and they will check things out and do whatever treatment we need, but they don't overdo it.
Description of Work: We use Buono Pest Control Co for pest control. The last time we used them was at the end of September and they did termite and carpenter ants prevention or treatment.

+ -1 moreI saw a wasp's nest in my tree and began calling various places for estimates. I had left a message on Buono's voicemail with my address and my concern. They called back within the hour and left me a return message, but I was unable to call them back that night. The next morning they left me a message that they had been in the area and noticed the wasp's nest was not active, but they would be happy to talk with me if they could assist in any other way. I was really impressed by their responsiveness and their honesty.
