This was our 3rd time using Brookline Moving. One again, we were more than pleased with their service. Price is fair. Quote I received was 1/3 the price of quote from gentle giant. Service was prompt, efficient and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them for all your moving needs, big or small.

They were amazing! Professional, great problem solvers, and courteous! The stairs to my upstairs comes right to the front door. At first it looked bad. But the three of them problem solved the turn, removed some decorative features, and navigated it smoothly. All the pieces are back on, (except one that needs to glued, but that was a cold problem, and I have the piece.) the piano is in place! They asked if I had cups for the piano feet which I did but had forgotten, and they put them on as well.

I used another company before these 2 moves so I have a basis for comparison. The Brookline team was polite, professional, and very helpful. Quote and pricing was less than other services I checked into. Everything was moved carefully and placed where I wanted it, the furniture etc. that was stored was in excellent condition. The entire process, from initial phone call to final move went very smoothly.

We had previously moved across country numerous times including three times in the past five years with a lot of upscale furniture into homes of up to 6,000 sq ft. After a bad experience with another national company during a recent move, Mayflower provided unexpected assistance. We were so impressed with Mayflower that we will never use any other moving company. So our last two moves were with Mayflower. We are absolutely convinced that only Mayflower has the very best movers bar none. Our last move with Brookline was the very best experience we have ever had as George Rohlfing in particular and everyone else at the company in general from the office personnel to the packers to the movers to the driver far exceeded even our very high expectations. George and everyone else went far out of their way to accommodate us in ways that even we never expected. In Boston don't even consider any other company than BTI. Elsewhere throughout the country don't consider any mover other than a Mayflower.

Both moves went very well. Movers were polite, helpful, efficient. These movers were remarkably better than a company I used for a smaller move about 2 years earlier. The rates were better, also. For comparison, movers NOT Brooklline, rushed through, asked politely for a tip, then stood around for 20 - 30 minutes before leaving for the next assignment. Brookline movers were completely professional, on time, careful with everything. Conscientious hard workers.

Everything went great. We used Brookline Moving Co. last year for our daughter's first move to the city. We were so happy with how smoothly everything went, we used them again this year, and will use them the next time she will need to move. The two young men that did our move were very nice, personable, and worked really hard to make sure we were happy.

Couldn't have asked for it to be more smooth. They were punctual, friendly, careful and easy to work with. I am very glad I used them for my small move. One of the selling points for me was their fast and professional response when I emailed them a message through Angie's List. They were not only one of the first to respond within hours of my message, but they provided a detailed estimate of services so I could see what the cost would be. It confirmed all the information including date and time anticipated for the move. Very handy to have all the details spelled out in a pdf that I could print and read at my leisure.

I got their names through Angie's List. Of all the companies I've looked at, they've been the highest price. I'm going to ask them for another bid so I'm working with them right now. There were some staging storage issues, then a second move from storage to Pennsylvania.

In a grading system where I believe an "A" = excellent service, "B" = above average service and "C" = average service, we constantly strive to earn only "A"'s from all of our customers. I regret that we were not successful in doing such when handling your relocation. “A”’s are the goal, but your overall rating of “B” is a reminder that there is always room for improvement. This is truly evident in your “C” rating of our professionalism. An average rating is disappointing to receive; being only average is just not acceptable to me or anyone at our company. Please let me apologize for having provided services that you would grade only as average. In addition, I notice that next to “Hire Again: “ it says “No”. Hopefully, you answered in the negative because you are not planning to relocate rather than you are not willing to utilize our services again. I have found this confusion to be common in reviews that are “transcribed from a telephone interview” as yours was. Please know that your review will have a positive effect on our company.
