Description of Work: New clasp on bracelet, earring repair and watch batteries replaced. The quality of the work was excellent, and Tony was very accommodating. I would definitely return for other jewelry repair.

Description of Work: I had spoken to Tony, the owner of Benchmark, over the phone ahead of time about a repair to a Turkish puzzle ring I've had for many years. One of the 8 pieces of the puzzle was broken, and the gold bands are very thin. When I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to drop it off, he explained the risks of this type of delicate repair, but then was kind enough to go ahead and repair it while I waited. This he did despite the fact that it was 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Four people stopped by to pick up repairs, and he was preparing to leave for vacation. It was a great relief to get my ring back so quickly and he also took the time to talk with me about a possible jewelry creation project I've been considering. I will definitely return the next time I have jewelry work to be done. A very satisfying experience.

Description of Work: I had a 100 year old family ring resized as well as a wedding band cleaned and resized. Tony is easy to work with; really worked with me to get the right size. I would recommend Benchcraft to anyone seeking repair. While I have not bought any jewelry there, they do have some very nice pieces.
