Belmont Springs Water Co Inc

For the initial sign up and the first few months of service everything was fine. After about 6 months they started missing deliveries and would not return my calls. I called the route sales person, the local office manager and general manager and got no response. After calling the corporate office (I believe in California) they delivered water. This process took about 2-3 months. They have not made a delivery since then. After 12 months total time I called and cancelled my service. Now I have to figure our how to get them to stop charging me every month. I call them every month, they apologize and say they will refund my money, but no luck so far!

The provider was very disorganized and generally did not synchronize it recorded reminder call service with delivery dates. Calls to the customer service center meant long wait times since everytime seemed to be a high call volume time. Once a representative was available, the service was sub par, never following through on delivery times and changes. We wasted three days waiting for the water truck appointment and on all three occasions, no one called to let us know that no one would be coming. Very unprofessional and frustrating to work with.

They are a great company. They are very professional. They are on time and here when they are supposed to be. I haven't had any problems and I would definitely recommend them.
