My first time using Victory Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing but won’t be my last. I called them after reaching out to a couple of Heating/Ac companies in my area which I did not use because the price for diagnostics alone was ridiculous. I saw the reviews for Victory so decided to give them a try. I was having problems with my heating system (fan was running but no heat was being generated-was told it might be the pilot light). Victory scheduled an appointment for a week out (first available). It’s still relatively warm so I wasn’t concerned. The gentleman (Mike) came out on the scheduled day and was on time. He was very pleasant to work with. I told him the issue and he checked my system. Turns out the pilot light was working but he suggested a maintenance check to make sure there would not be any issues moving forward. My heating system is old (about 24 years) so I was concerned that it might cost a lot to repair. I’m on two heating zones so Mike performed a routine maintenance check on the second system but only charged me for the first. He couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. He was in and out in under an hour. The total cost was $120 (I’ve been quoted far more by other companies on Angie’s). I definitely was pleased with the service and plan on using them in the future. Highly recommend!

It was fantastic and I would recommend them.

Tom was on time and friendly. Came in a company truck. Replaced a washer with the toilet, and fixed faulty washer with shower head. Both issues resolved to my satisfaction.

When I called for emergency furnace repair the tech responded right away with a call. He was able to get to my home in an hour at 3am and make the repair. He was courteous and professional. Except for being cold it was a great experience. I recommend Victory.

DO NOT HIRE VICTORY IF YOU HAVE OIL! Just trying to prevent you from having the problems we have. They installed a brand new $5900 oil furnace a few weeks ago. Last week, the carbon monoxide detector went off because it was leaking carbon monoxide. They fixed it, were nice/understanding/apologetic. Today, it is blowing cold air and there is no heat. The problem is, Victory installs oil furnaces, but they don't service them. So when I call, they tell me they can't service it and I should call my oil company. I just paid $5000 for a new furnace, and they want me to call an oil company to have it serviced. DON'T INSTALL OIL PRODUCTS IF YOU CAN'T SERVICE IT!

Very well, installers were prompt, courteous, and very attentive to whatever was asked of them.

Every Fall I have them do a free check. They come once a year unless I have a problem. I've had no problem with them. I lost my heat one time and I called up another provider and because I wasn't a member of their service, they wouldn't come out for a week and a half in the middle of the freezing cold and I was afraid of pipes bursting. So I got in touch with Victory Heating and they came out right away, and I signed up on a contract with them. I think $120 was reasonable. They fixed the problem right away and they check it out pretty good every year. I've used them for four or five years now.

I've used them for awhile, I'd say four or five years, and I'm still using them.

They're ok. They're making sure all their technicians have gone to school. They're working hard to change to improve their service.

Estimate for work and actual cost was the same. Tripped drains to sewer line.

We really cannot say enough about how AMAZING every single person we interacted with was at Victory! We are in the process of selling our home and the buyers discovered open permits from a boiler replacement that the prior owners of our house had done. We called Victory to help us correct this problem since they were listed on the permit as having done the work originally. We still cannot believe the speedy responsiveness and great service they provided. We mostly worked with Jason Marino who is the installation manager but also had wonderful experiences with Artur, Greg, and Cody. They were all so respectful, kind, and helpful. Artur even brought booties to cover his shoes when he entered our house -- much appreciated and the first time we have had any service provider do that! We highly recommend this company as they clearly stand by the quality of their work and absolutely make sure the job is done right!

Our home a/c system was making noises from the compressor and working poorly, and then it stopped. We called Victory Heating and A/C to investigate. Their technician Gohar F. came out and got the compressor to run. Then told my wife he fixed the system. She told Gohar she wasn?t sure the repair was right because although the system was running again it was still making the same bad noise as before. Gohar said if we felt it wasn?t working as well as we wanted they would come back and look at it again. My wife felt she had no choice at the point but to sign the work authorization ? after the fact. Within three days the system got steadily weaker then then stopped again. We called Victory and Gohar came back out. He said the compressor had burned itself out and we needed a new one. He could apply the charge for the earlier repair to the new system cost. We went to another contractor for the new system. Their technician came out and reported someone had put in a ?jumping? capacitor, forcing the weak compressor to run. This new part didn?t actually fix anything. We went back to Victory to request a refund ? their ?repair? didn?t work. They repeated their offer to apply it as a credit on a new system. When I told them I had already gone with another vendor I got switched to Kitty Mulakis. She seemed to be acting as their collections boss. Her basic position was that my wife signed their repair authorization so that was that - we had to pay ? regardless of how the repair had turned out. I calmly and clearly stated the essential points of our position ? Goahr decided to do what he did ? my wife didn?t direct him to jump anything. Their repair didn?t work. Kitty didn?t seem to care ? she simply reiterated she had my wife?s signature so we had to pay. After 7 months of struggles we finally spoke with Todd Cook the general manager at Victory, He cleared the charges and resolved the issue in our favor. Thank you Todd.

Reasonably priced - quick to respond and professional. Would use again!
