Victory Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I had a great experience from start to finish with this company. It started when they were able to see me next day, which I had to call the morning of due a work conflict and they were friendly and were able to reschedule me to the next day - which is hard this time of year. The technician (Marc) showed up on time, and was very friendly. He took a look at the sink and took his time to explain to me the problems that he saw. He explained that the work appeared to have been done by someone who was not a plumber, and that it would be best to replace a few other components. He asked is the water running slow generally, which it was, and explained that was due to the improper setup of the drain. He explained that he would try to use any good parts to reduce cost. As luck would have it, our disposal decided to start making a weird noise the day before and I asked if he could take a look. He took a quick look and a few minutes later came back with the turkey thermometer that was stuck in the blade. (He did not charge us for this which was nice!) After he was done, he showed me what was done, and demonstrated there were no leaks and the improved speed at which the sink now drains - it has never drained that well in the 2 years we have lived here. It has no problem keeping up with the water running at max. The bathroom was left spotless and just as clean as it was before.

They made the decision recently to no longer cover my area. I called them to arrange for winterization, and they advised me to that effect. I was speechless. They didn't send a letter or make a call, and they refused to help their existing customer. I called management, and they were wonderful. They told me that they would still service me for a whole year, so that I could find a new service company. I was very pleased. The integrity there was unbelievable. I'm hating to lose them.

One of the worst experiences for us. Our AC was not blowing cold air and upon looking up reviews here, called Victory. A technician came in promptly, did some diagnosis and informed me that coolant was low and needs fill up. He also stated filling R-22 coolant would take me through end of summer and billed me hefty $330. Next day, the AC stopped working. Looks like the technician never analyzed the problem at all and not sure, if he recommeded coolant to make money!! So, $330 for 1 day of AC coolant - just ridiculous! Very disappointing! Upon calling Victory and fighting hard, they sent me another technician. Although this second technician, David, was good, he suggested that we do a air leak test for $550 to determine where the leak is and then depending on type of leak, get it fixed. I called up Victory and left a VM explaining the problem and that they have to address or payback the initial dollars I spent because they never did thorough analysis. My phone call was never returned. I feel like I wasted $330 and it hurts. Would never call these guys again.

Arrived within the window that was provided the day before, was very friendly, and the cost was what was quoted. Will definitely be asking them back for the heater maintenance this fall.

I've been using Victory for years and I'm not sure why I never got around to writing a review. We've had a service contract with them for years for our heating and cooling and have also used them for plumbing work. I always find them to be professional and good to work with. In the case at hand, our a/c stopped working during the hottest & most humid weekend of the summer. I called on a Saturday & they had someone out that afternoon to look at it. They thought they could fix it with a part but unfortunately that was not the case. It was a pretty old condenser so I wasn't surprised. At the beginning of the week someone came to give us a quote on a new one. He gave me options between just the condenser replacement or upgrading to a newer style along with a new air handler inside. However, as he pointed out, the air handler wasn't that old so it didn't make sense to replace it. He let me know it was my decision to make. I appreciated that he just didn't just try to sell me a new air handler and newer condenser too. Within a couple of days they were here to install the new condenser. They arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and neat. I was afraid it would take weeks to get new a/c in the middle of the summer but they were able to get it done right away for me. With more heat and humidity on the horizon, I really appreciated the effort to take care of it right away.

Fantastic job. Beautiful work. Professional and personable crew and contractors. Started off with Chris Chartier - the engineer who designed my system. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The guys who did the actual install and plumbing were fantastic. Had another crew for the electrical work that were quick and neat. I watched the contracted crew (wish I knew the company name) remove the old oil tank - of which I'd heard numerous nightmares about the everlasting smell of oil - these two men made it look like they could have done the whole procedure blindfolded! Was amazing to watch that process. Overall - I've been extremely impressed with every person I've dealt with in the company up to this point and I'm extremely happy with the work provided and the resulting end product.

I had another wonderful experience with Victory that I needed to share! I had to make an emergency call at 8am Tuesday May 5th when we switched on our AC unit the night before and nothing happened. This week is going to be in the 80's so I knew we needed someone out as soon as possible! Plus I had a sick child so I was not looking forward to being stuck at home with no AC! I was told that a technician could come out after hours that night since it was a busy day, but within half an hour I heard back from Victory letting me know they could send out a technician within the hour. This worked out perfect for me! Technician David Marsan arrived soon after and basically took care of everything and then some! I had booked a "tune-up" in the beginning of June and was planning on taking time off from work to be home for the technician. Not only did David get my AC working right away, but he also did my "tune-up" so now I don't have to miss any work in June! I cannot say enough great things about David Marsan. He had been out to us last year and I was so impressed by him then also. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and just an overall great person who really cares about doing a good job. He made a day that started off extremely stressful for me with no AC and home with a sick child into a great day! He even asked my son how he was feeling! If we ever need AC help in the future I hope we are able to have David come out since I trust him completely.

Terrible. Based on the frantic tone of the dispatcher and the awful upfront charge, I would never call them for anyone in our condo development.

Tech was a little late but called to let me know he was running behind so at least they have me some notice. Once they got here everything was done as it should be and the tech was very thorough in telling me how the new system worked. He was very good about answering all of my questions about my whole heating system.

I did get Victory Plumbing. The guy and he did the things I needed to have done. He looked at something else I was thinking of having done. He explained that it would cost a lot of money. He gave me an estimate of that and if I wanted to go with it then I could. I did appreciate that. He was on time and dependable. He was professional. He made a call to say he was running late.

In the end of the day they can do the technical work required but, as mentioned, they are right at the top end for costs. They also are very quick identify other work that needs to be done and that is costly too. Watch out for the add one.

Very well. Both workers were neat, prompt, and efficient.

My experience was whoever came here was very helpful but the office wasn't. It could be communication between my husband and I but I requested something and they never got back to me. They wanted to get the business from me but I knew there is another way you can get the stuff like there is a flat mat that I needed to put under the unit and I know he was to refer me to a company where I could buy cheaper instead of having them to come and put it on. On a way I just felt like they just want to get your business. I don't think that he is being too honest. He is more on, it is impossible to lift the unit, you need a tool for people on it instead of saying "hey, if you find a way to lift the unit without breaking it..it should be fine." He kind of scare me instead of letting me do it. However, they were okay.

Showed up on time, was informative and professional.

Victory was recommended to us by our real estate agent because we knew we wanted to install central air right away in our house after we bought it this past summer. Overall they did a good job and we're happy with our system.The sales guy who worked with us (Mike) was helpful and responsive. We decided to go with a heat pump as well as the central air and felt he guided us well through that process. The guys sent to do the work on site were good too. They were responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the week they were at our house and left all of the spaces where they were working in good shape at day-end and when the job was complete. There were just two areas where our experience could have been better: 1) When they installed the return vent to the attic, the sheet metal opening above the grille was totally visible and it looked really sloppy. Mid-installation I pointed it out and asked if it was done because it really didn't look good. They responded that they could spray paint it black, but they were waiting to see if we noticed it and were bothered by it. I kind of wish he hadn't responded that way. It eroded my confidence a bit because it made me wonder what else might be not 100% unless I noticed (including things I couldn't see or don't have the expertise to pick up on). I mentioned this to him at the end of the job because they were very interested in hearing feedback of any kind. 2) Responsiveness was not as prompt from the person at the office (Jennifer is her name, I think) at various points in time, e.g., scheduling, obtaining rebate info. I was generally waiting 1-4 days to hear back, which seemed like a really long time.

They did the job well and promptly. They were here within the hour with parts. And I have to say they were the only company that would come out after hours even though we didn't have a service contract. Of course they offered us one and after this successful experience with them we will most likely take advantage of it.

very punctual, very professional.. i called for help and had a plumber at my house in 1 hour. The problem turned out to be something rather simple, that i should have fixed on my own, but the work was done, and done well, but seemed a little expensive.

Excellent! Work was provided by Shaun (I think that was his name). He came within the service window provided when I made the appointment and quickly did all the work needed in about 15-20 minutes. Ensured once work was complete that there were no leaks and water supply to fridge was working as it should. I use Victory to do a service check on my A/C unit, this was the first time they've done plumbing work for me. I am always satisfied by their work, and would definitely use them again!

Install was well planned, they arrived on time, completed a very thorough job and cleaned up. The process was very smooth and the final product has been great. My Nest thermostat detected the two-stage unit (old unit was single stage) and worked seamlessly. One issue was my existing humidifier did not come on correctly after the install. I called Victory and someone came out the next day to resolve the issue. The wiring on my humidifier differs from the latest release, but they quickly identified the issue and resolved it. Very good service, would definitely use them again. The new unit heats quickly, is very quiet (using the low power first stage most of the time) and I am very happy with the unit we chose.

The service went very well. One technician came out for the job. He did a good job and was knowledgeable. He was friendly and a nice guy. He had to go get the part to repair the issue but he did not charge me any extra to go out and purchase the part. I had no problem scheduling the service.

1-3 technicians would be out for the job and completed it in 4 different visits. One of the technicians was the owner. They did a very good job. They were very persistent in diagnosing the issue until they figured it out. They tried a lot of different approaches and replaced a lot of valves until the issue was resolved. They were very nice guys and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were professional but also just regular guys. I had no problem scheduling the service. I would definitely use the company again if I needed.

The service went great. My husband primarily dealt with the technician who came out.They did excellent work. They came out promptly and we were very impressed by how quickly they could come out. The pricing was very reasonable and they got the unit up and running again. I would definitely hire them again.

One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. I was disappointed in the pricing. We had to pay their weekend rate which was about $140-160 and then they started billing hourly on top of that. I have no intentions of using them again because of that. The technician was professional, courteous and clean. I did not have a problem scheduling the company for the service.

One technician came out for the quote. He did a fine job. I never received the quote for the furnace replacement from them. I ended up going with another company because of that. I talked to someone in the office about 1 year ago and she explained they were changing ownership. I had no problem scheduling the quote.
