Description of Work: They were indeed fast upon calling as I was not sure if they could respond in a timely fashion, but I was surprised. They were a pleasure to work with, although a little on the expensive side, but i think it was worth it. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: There was an emergency call in the middle of the night because my hot water heater burst. They came out immediately. Then the next day they came with the new hot water heater to replace the broken one. They were fast, courteous and reasonable. I have called them again since as I felt well taken care of.

Description of Work: AC was not able to cool during night. Called for a service visit and it was scheduled for the next day. He had to add freon and clean the coils. It went very well. I will call Victory for our next service or ac or heating issue.

Description of Work: I had a pipe that burst in the winter last year and he was amazing. I called him and he told me over the phone how to shut off the water. Then he was able to come out and do the repair. He was very fast.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem and fixed our sewer ejector. Our previous plumber who installed it 2 years ago wanted to replace it for 4 x's the price we previously paid. Needless to say Victory plumbing will be our new plumbers

Description of Work: Fixed the capacitor and replaced the fan on our central air conditioning unit. They came on Sunday evening, ordered the parts first thing Monday morning, and had the A/C running by 3:00 Tuesday afternoon.

Description of Work: Repaired air conditioning unit that was damaged by snow and ice. And provided yearly tune up. Technicians were great. Some wait on parts but no fault of theirs. I would recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: We had some delay in initial contact from Victory, although I didn't follow up right away either. After we got connected, the process was smooth and easy Jason installed the humidifier and was throrough in showing me how to use it. I'd be happy to have them in my house again.

Description of Work: Victory Heating, in conjunction with Northern Lights Electric (another excellent company), installed a standby generator for a three-family house. The project went smoothly and the work was performed on schedule. I was impressed how the company came back promptly to correct minor problems as they occurred without additional charge--I never had to chase them to do so. The price was higher than the averages given in a Google search of the cost to install standby generators, but this was because it was for a multifamily house which involved extra wiring and transfer switches. The only minor annoyance was that I sometimes had to call Northern Lights (the company whom I paid) to reach Victory, but the two companies worked very well together as a team. |

Description of Work: Fixed a frozen pipe that caused a flood. Only ones who would respond on a Saturday night and bail me out. They stopped the flow and then returned the following Monday and did an excellent job on the repairs. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I have used them more than once. First they installed a Mitsubishi Mr.Slim air conditioner unit in my sunroom. Punctuality, workmanship, professionalism: superb. Price was high, but that was because the unit we chose was expensive to begin with. They have serviced the unit, the filters, compressors since then. Still same great service and the price was actually very reasonable. Will I use them again? You bet. In a heartbeat

Description of Work: Service provided for heating, then cooling in the spring. |Furnace is gas high efficiency with variable speed fan. When I questioned how the variable speed was suppose to work, he reviewed the installation and found a wiring error made during the original 5 year old furnace. Great work! I've signed for a 2nd season with Victory.
