Description of Work: We have used Victory in the past for A/C and have been very satisfied. This time we used their plumbing services. We had a leaking toilet and some other minor plumbing issues in our downstairs bathroom. Being concerned about the sub-flooring in the room, we had them remove the toilet and once the flooring situation was resolved had them return to re-install the toilet. Because it involved two different days/times, we had two different techs. Both of were very nice to work with.

Description of Work: I did use Victory Heating & Air conditioning back in July and had a very good experience. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. He gave me good information about the system and I didn't feel that he was looking for additional reasons to charge me for. I felt what he charged was fair and my problem was solved.
