Lawn mower worked when I got it back

Excellent! We called Towline Power mid morning on a Saturday. They were able to pick up both machines the same day! We received a call mid week reviewing the machines condition and repairs advised. The machines were returned to us the following Saturday. One week later they were put to the test with first a light snow , then a heavier wetter snow. Both machines ran like champs. We have been recommending Bob and his team to anyone in line for tuning up or in need of a repair. The machines had been in storage for a couple of years. We needed them to be picked up in Hopkinton and returned to Milford. The travel charge was based on the distance to Hopkinton and we felt the $50.00 round trip charge very reasonable! We were happy to see the cost of parts didn't appear inflated. Keep in mind the cost you see for the service is for Pickup, delivery, Tune-up & repair of 2 machines!

Satisfied with all services. Bob is a great guy, and they are willing to pick up and drop off equipment with minimal, if any additional charge. The work is high quality, and the prices for purchases and tune ups are reasonable.

It went great. He came the day he promised to come and returned it on time.

Friendly people, did a fine job, and I will use them again.

I called them and they came over to pickup the same day. I was in no hurry as no snow was predicted. It was returned before the next storm in excellent running condition for a fair price.

I have used the blower twice since the repair. It runs like a dream!

The repair went fine. They lack a store front shop. They are in the process of building a shop, so it is a confusing drop off process of your power tool, since it is run out of the back of a house. The cost was a little higher than expected, without a call for the estimate of the repair.

Needed immediate repair in and around the July 4th weekend. We were headed on vacation for a week after that weekend, so it was desirable to have the mower working right away. Called several places, and most couldn't get to it for several weeks. Townline Power called back within an hour of my message, and could schedule for the next day to pick it up and assess the damage. Although he didn't pick up at the planned time due to a flat tire on his trailer, he called to inform me of the change. The day before the 4th, he assessed the damage and called me with an estimate. At that point, I mentioned that we were leaving Sunday and hoped that we could get it back on Saturday, if possible. He worked on July 4th and Saturday morning the 5th to finish everything and delivered to us before noon Saturday. Gave a good explanation of the repairs and tune-up, good communication, overall. I was very happy with his responsiveness and the quality of his work.

I had a fantastic experience with Townline Power. I dropped my mower off on Friday night. Monday morning, I was called and given a time and cost estimate. I received another call on Wednesday, notifying me that the necessary part was on back-order, and there would be a delay in finishing the work. I received a call the following Monday stating that the work had been completed and that they would drop off the mower that night. My mower was returned in perfect working order. The own even explained how there was an elevated amount of oil in the engine, so he reduced it to the proper levels. I was very pleased to have my mower fixed in just over a week, considering the necessary parts were not readily available and this happened during the very busy spring time, lawn mower tuning season. Another business told me it could take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the work.
