RockStar Masonry

After many appointments, never called until many days later to reschedule. After weeks of no-shows, we decided not to use his services. Thankfully, no money had changed hands. It was hot, but it was summer. Early hours and late evening could have been chosen. Beware!

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. After meeting with him, decided to go with him. At the beginning he is very accessible and prompt answering our questions. We have put a $1000 deposit then he asked for a 2nd deposit to purchase and pay for the stone. He came to drop off some of the stone at the same time picked up the 2nd deposit. After that everything went bad, He has blew us off several times, promised us to come to do the job then never show up. We called and contacted him several time, always gives different excuses. I was the one who is trying to calm down since that money is our saving. I let him I do understand if he has any family issues such as child care or others, but I do need to know if he changed his mind not coming. I texted him again, left a message at his phone, he then texted my husband saying he would come and do the job without no problem. BUT he never shows up nor call us back. The last text was sent today: asking him if he wants to do the jobs- I do not want to give up-I do understand everyone has their own problem. Lets work it out together- I am very worried that he ran with our saving.

I previously Sean a bad review. I want to update where we are now! I can not say a bad word about Sean's masonry work, he has done some amazing walks for us , all work around my pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend him as a builder! As a matter of fact we are contracting with him for a smaller job. When we contracted with Sean last year he was just starting on his own, after much discussion, we all agree this job was prob to big for first year out! When Sean became overwhelmed he didn't know how to talk with us, instead he stepped away! That was our frustration, don't walk away.. talk! After a lot of bumps in the road Sean is back to work here, doing a great job, beautiful work and we are going forward. I know of a lot of jobs Sean has done since starting ours, stairs, walkways, chimneys... fireplaces all with rave reviews. We believe in him as a mason, support him.. happy to see he is back on track...and very sorry we had to give him a bad review... we would recommend Sean going forward!
