Mr. Fence

We called 3 different companies to talk about replacing our fence. Mr. Fence was in the middle for price but we felt very comfortable after meeting with them. Not only did they remove our old fence but they brought some of the better sections over to our elderly neighbor as he wanted them for his sons yard. They were here every day until job was completed. When I called with a couple of concerns, they were extremely accommodating and fixed everything I asked for.

They acomplished it in the time allotted and they were clean and efficient in their work.

The guys came out right away gave us a quote and were very professional. They met all our needs without increasing any costs. Did a great job would highly recommend!!!

They did a phenomenal job. They were very professional. Everyone in the neighborhood has complemented me on the work done. It looks great with the home and it's absolutely beautiful. They did an awesome job! I can't say enough about how well the job was completed. They made sure it was consistently level and we haven't had any issues at all. I would recommend them to everyone.

Mr. Fence came in with a great price for a high quality fence. Our project took longer than usual due to tree removal, yard clearing and a Conservation Commission issue that had to be addressed prior to installation. The rep was polite and professional and, the installers did an amazing job. We highly recommend them for any size fencing job you may have,

The process went very well. They showed up on time, gave us a quote the same day and did not charge us anything. We did not have enough money to do what we wanted so we have chosen to wait until next year. They called to follow up a few times and the staff was very polite and friendly. We told them we decided not to do the fence and they have left us alone.

From estimate to conclusion of work...all went well in a very timely fashion.

Our experience with Mr. Fence was great from start to finish. They were very responsive and available to meet within days for a free on-site estimate, even during peak fencing season. The representative who did the estimate took measurements, went over options with me, and then printed an itemized proposal from his car. I told them that we had one dog at the time and were planning to get a second (which we did), so it was very important to us to get the fence in ASAP. Amazingly, the fence was done within three weeks of getting the quote. We had the estimate done around June 20 and the fence was finished July 5, even though they were booking into September for wood fences. Luckily for us, they called to say they had an opening the first week of July and could put our fence in then. The men who installed the fence were very friendly and professional. We were moving furniture into the house the day they were finishing the fence, and they took all of their materials out of the truck and put them in the backyard so that we would have easy access unloading the furniture into the house. They also did a great job cleaning up and left absolutely no debris behind. Instead of simply mailing us the bill, a representative called to ask whether we were satisfied with the job and whether we preferred to pay via credit card over the phone or have the invoice mailed to us and pay with a check. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Fence to anyone looking to install chain link.

Due to all the enthusiastic reviews on this site, we made an appointment for late May. Very nice and helpful sales rep came out. He walked around my property with me, took lots of measurements and I gave him an idea about what we wanted. He had some suggestions and recommendations about what we could do. He even helped me lift some of the old fencing that had fallen down to keep it out of the neighbor's property. He left me with a paper copy of the estimate with a map, measurements, and prices. About a week or so later, I sent him an email asking him to revise a few details of the estimate. He wrote me back and said he would revise and send me something back. I sent another email a few days later, but I never heard back again and eventually went with another company. A much lauded company with all these positive reviews doesn't do me any good if they can't get back to me with the quote I need. It's also annoying to waste my time during the week when it's hard for me to be home. I know that this company was super busy at this time of the year. At least they gave me a nice printed estimate initially, which was handy. But for wasting my time and being unresponsive after the first meeting, this is the grade I'll give.

Our old fence was rotted and falling down in spots, and we knew we wanted to replace it with a vinyl fence. We had met with three different fence companies over the summer and decided to go with Mr. Fence. The estimate we received was in the middle of the three quotes. The salesman, Mauro, was very knowledgeable about the different fence products. We got a call two nights before the work started to tell us our fence work would start that week. We got another call the night before letting us know they would start the next day, along with the name of the crew leader and the after hours cell phone number of the scheduler. We were very excited to see the old fence come down. The job took a little longer than we expected, but the end results are gorgeous. Our fence looks fantastic and we have already received many compliments on it. We're very pleased with Mr. Fence!

Mr. Fence was great! The salesman was punctual, courteous & knowledgeable, and gave me an on-the-spot estimate, including an annotated site plan. The estimate was comparable to or lower than other estimates I received. Once I decided to go with them they started within a week. The foreman had several years' experience with the company and really knew his stuff. The crew kept me informed of what was going on and finished most of the job within a week (despite the fact that my backyard is full of rocks). I had to wait a few weeks for special curved sections at the front of each fence, but again they kept me informed. The final product is solid as a rock and really beautiful, the neighbors love it. The salesman was helpful and patient but there was poor communication regarding the scheduling. The fence ended up looking really nice but looks a little tall. They responded quickly for an estimate as opposed to the other fencing companies in the area.

Service was excellent from start to end. Including sales, office and builder. Done on time within estimated amount. Looks great and works great.

The fence looks good. Quality of the fence looks good. The sales person who came to provide quote and answer questions was great. Will use Mr Fence to do a second section of fence in the future. One negative was the continued push back in date to start project. Once deposit was given, I was given a approximate start date. The fence was started about 5 week after the original start date.

Mr fence was very professional from coming on site to provide a proposal (this was the exact cost by the way), scheduling, and installation. As I mentioned, Mauro provided me with a price proposal on the spot which was exactly what I ended up paying. There were no additional fees or hidden costs. When the workers arrived to install the fence they were very professional and worked extremely hard. The total install took about 4 days with a crew of 2, each evening my yard was picked up with all of their tools and material set to one side. They were extremely friendly and very communicative about the progress and any questions they had. We are very happy to have chosen Mr Fence for our fence project. I would highly recommend Mr Fence to anyone looking for a fence and wants the job done with high quality, professionalism, and overall satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful!! From the quote to the finished product, we couldn't be happier. At the time of the quote, I was 6 months pregnant with a 18 month old. We wanted a fence installed as quickly as possible to prevent our little boy from running down our driveway, onto the main road. The path, from the corner of our house, across our driveway and yard was not straight and we were in need of suggestions as to how we could get the yard secure but also have it look nice. We had 5 companies come out and give a quote (all A rated on Angies list) and not only was their quote the best price, but Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, professional and offered excellent suggestions as to where to put the gate and how to line the fence so it would flow properly with our yard. When I initially called, it was around Memorial Day and every company told me they were booking at least 8 weeks out. Mr. Fence was no different but when I called to tell Jeff we wanted to go ahead with the install, he said he would do everything he could to get our fence in as quickly as possible. I faxed in the paper work and spoke to a woman in the office to be sure she received it and told her about my situation. Pregnant, with a sprinter and she echoed Jeff, saying she would she what she could do about getting it moved up. Our install was scheduled for July 10th. On June 24th I got a phone call that our fence would be installed on the 26th. Amazing! The installer, Steve (I think), was wonderful to work with and actually took the job specifically because word went out that I was pregnant! What an amazing company. The fence is perfect, we couldn't be happier, with every single facet of the experience. I have to imagine that our fence was on the lower end of the projects they had lined up and yet, we were moved up and taken care of as though we were fencing in 4 acres. Simply outstanding. I can't wait to figure out what we are doing with the rest of the yard and have them come back next summer! Thank you to the entire staff at Mr. Fence for making my yard safe for my little boy!

They came and gave a very thorough inspection and estimate. Then they gave a rough time period for scheduling the job but managed to do it earlier in that period than we expected and did an extremely thorough and efficient job, even attending to some extra details very well. The workmen were polite and introduced themselves and they did careful, quality work. Overall an extremely good experience--we would recommend them to anyone and call them again.

We reached out to Mr. Fence for a quote, and had a great discussion with them about the job. They came out to give us an estimate on pricing and also a timeline, and we scheduled a date a few weeks out (due to some other yard work we were having done). When the week arrived, we were pushed off a few days due to torrential rain, but they arrived after the storms and got to work. They were done in the time they quoted, and the final fence looks great. They were able to accommodate our split-level backyard, and a pre-existing rock wall with no issues.

I found the end-to-end process very easy. The estimator spent quite a bit of time discussing alternatives for each section of fence and made several recommendations. For an extremely reasonable fee, he also offered to secure some of our existing fence. I followed-up via email with several questions, to which he responded in detail. The installers were patient in explaining things during the install. While I wish I could have had slightly more notice of when they were coming (they called day before), the work was completed in the estimated timeframe. Their quote was most competitive and I don't feel we compromised at all on quality of job or service. In fact, I felt they spent more time with us than competitors, particularly during estimate.

Would never recommend this company for any job. Poor initial impression, customer service, follow thru and response to my calls.

They are good, but I didn't end up using them. They were timely, they were back within 24 hours with a quote that was done through email. They have given me three different quotes because I was looking for one side just the gate quote and then one side was the gate plus the other side of the fence. I like their professionalism. He had made some good points about where to put the fence. I would use them again.

I called seveal companies of prices and availablility. Mr. Fence was in a good ball park and was able to negociate price slightly. We arranged date and payment ( 1/2 in advance of job ). His workers did a great job. The area to be fenced was dence with trees, dead bushes and old fencing. They cleaned it out before installing the new fencing. It took five days to complete the job.
