Excellent workmanship and a perfect finished product. Very professional and helpful. Thoughtful and clean while performing work in our home. All in all, probably used 2 1/2 sheets of blue board. Wayne responded that night after I left him a message. Came out to look at the job and was right on time. Gave me a quote and we agreed on the price. Came back a week later just as he stated. Wayne had the blue board up in no time and left his guy to do the plastering. I went upstairs to get something and Sam had paper down on the floors to protect them and walls all taped up. Around 1 PM, I went to go check on him and Sam was gone. All finished, cleaned up as if no one was ever there. He brought his own hose, a bucket to mix plaster and never bothered me for anything. I don't want to say how much a person charges, however I will say he was very resonable.

We were happy with the outcome of this project. Though it was a small job, it was treated as a priority. All work was completed on the promised timeline and all deadlines were met. Cost was extremely fair. We will contact again if we have any similar work to be completed.

Called and Wayne answered right away. He was able to schedule a visit the following day to give an estimate and performed the work the following week. Price was very reasonable. He and his crew are very clean and efficient. I will be using him again for a much larger renovation job in the near future.

Wayne and his crew were extremely punctual in delivering the materials, and then showing up to actually perform the work a week later. I never once had to call to see where he was as both he and the man who plastered the drywall always came on-time. The quality of the work was excellent, as Wayne took the time to ensure that the edges were straight despite some crookedness on the original framing (which was done by the original builder of the unit). The quality of the plastering was excellent as well as the man who did the work, took his time to prepare the area well, and then got all of the plastering done the following day. All in all, there was a great deal of work done in three days, and we were extremely thrilled with it. The only issue was that in the early going when we were looking to get a quote from the work, Wayne was unable to get it to us via email scan, but he made up for it in spades by hand-delivering it to the door. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Evans Drywall and Plastering to anyone in this area for any further general issues with our home.

I was happy with the work. Communication was not very responsive at first, but I was warned of this the first time I spoke with Evan. He told me that he was very busy due to all the insurance claims from water damage caused by all the ice damming this past winter and he also went on vacation. The work was done quickly by one worker. I believe it took two days. I was impressed by the speed because there is no chance I could have done the work in close to the same time frame. For the small plaster jobs I've done, I have to apply and sand at least 5 times to get it to look good which would take much more time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the work. Working with drywall and plaster can be very messy. When the work was complete, there was barely any evidence that they were there. Overall I was happy with the work and would recommend Evan to anyone needing drywall/plaster repair.

Removed Bad Plaster, Installed new Sheet rock, add Plaster three to four times. Clean up and took old trash with him.

Alan responded to my inquiry the same day. He arrived on time as promised. The work was done very well and quickly. Best of all, he was very diligent about clean-up which, with plaster dust, is very important to this homeowner. I will hire Alan for major wall and ceiling plaster work in my next home. Highly recommended for professionalism and quality of work.

Wayne and his assistant were very prompt, arriving at the appointed time. Overall they did an an excellent job. There were a few minor areas that required a little filling in of small imperfections with spackle which I had to do myself. I don't know if this is normal for most plasterers but, then again, I tend to look at things in detail and probably have higher expectations than most people. Clean-up each day was good. There were a few splatters of plaster on the door woodwork that I had to clean, but nothing major. It cleaned up easily. Scraps from the cut drywall were put in containers I supplied and placed in the garage for me to dispose of. It might be a nice touch if Wayne were to remove scraps as a courtesy to the homeowner. One of those "Provide more than the customer expects." business practices. Just a thought! With all things considered, I would hire them again and will recommend them to friends.

Wayne was flexible and quoted me for both doing the whole job and also partial if I wanted to do some work myself. I ended up choosing the full job of installing blue board and plaster on the ceiling and 4 walls of a room. It took three days and looks perfect. The workers were professional and clean. I am very happy with the job and will use them in the future.

I had started finishing the dry wall, Wayne came in and fixed all the mistakes I had made and finished the rest of the space.
