Work was scheduled and performed as promised and we are very satisfied with the result.

It went great. They did it in less then a day and it looks great.

The work was delayed because of the wet spring weather. Once we had a dry spell, the work was done promptly and professionally. Quality was very good and exactly as described.

Al and his worker were amazing. They got here at 8 a.m. and stayed until almost 8:30 so they could complete the work. It all came out great!! Whenever I needed to talk with Al he responded to my email or phone call promptly. Would absolutely hire him again and have recommended him to neighbors and friends.

It took a long time to get them here to do the job and they didn't show up for the first appointment. The job was well done and they always responded to my calls. I think I would use someone local next time. I did not know how far away they were from until after I paid. Other than that I would recommend them.

The DCG representative came quickly to survey my driveway, which was well within the limits for the promotion. He left an estimate for crack sealing, which wasn't covered , and said that he'd call a day before they would arrive. The added cost was minor. Given the popularity of the promotion and the time of year, I was fine with waiting. The guys did a good job, and I'm pleased with the result.

Very professional. Written estimated provided a few days before work. Cracks parched and then entire driveway sealed. Communications were good.

Extremely well. Done in under a day. He even edged the lawn and took care of weeds by the garage. I'm really impressed with how good it looks.

done well, no slops or runs off of drive, they cleaned well, even one place where they had a lot of dirt to move...kudos to the guys doing the work!!!

The resurfacing itself went well. The challenges was communication between them and me. They were very sloppy with their communication. It needs to be tighten up.

Offered to cement the brick back down for the deal price ($299), otherwise a lot more money was needed to actually recement all the bricks (est $1200)

Being in customer service myself, I am a pretty easy going guy, but they seemed to mess up on all fronts. For starters, they were pretty difficult to get a hold of for the actual scheduling of the work. It took both my wife and I calling multiple times (to a full voicemail) to actually hear from the guy. From there, they rescheduled multiple times, one of which was the day of. The overall quality of the work was kind of disappointing, considering the cracks weren't all filled (which we paid extra to get) and were actually seal coated over, which made the seal coating pop back up. I understand the concept that some jobs may need extra attention/work, but we would have been more than happy to pay for the work to get it done right. We will be requesting a refund.

There were some problems communicating. They did it kind of late in the season because they weren't really prompt in getting back to me. It was kind of marginal when they did it. Ultimately, it was okay, but they were late in the season getting back to us.
