Great! The tech drove down and determined that the previous evening an animal (probably a fox or fisher cat) had eaten the nest. The tech was so nice and took the time to stick around and see if there were any yellow jacket stragglers. There were, in fact, a handful but that was expected; the tech said they'll be gone in three or four days since the queen is no longer around. The tech didn't charge for the visit.

They had to spray 3 times, but they stood by their warranty.

Daniel explained everything, and was fast & efficient. Whatever they were that were all around the house are now gone.

I can’t thank Danielle and John at D & T Pest and Termite Control enough for their service! We had a bee problem in our baby’s room. They were coming from the attic hatch, through the light fixtures, it was a nightmare! After several failed attempts through Terminix to find the issue, their lack of concern for the severity of this issue and them ensuring us there was no hive and we just had to “give it time” for the spray to work, we had enough. Weeks of “giving it time” had come and gone and we still actively saw bees in my baby’s room. Immediately after arguing with Terminix of their lack of treatment and lack of service, I decided to contact someone local. I contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control and they had a technician out that Monday morning (on time). In less than 5 minutes after explaining the issue, John the technician found a hive in our attic. Not only was he informative, but he was personable and made us feel comfortable since he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and EXACTLY how to take care of it. In under 30 minutes, he had removed the hive and treated the affected area appropriately. I wish I had contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control in the first place! I cannot rate them high enough for the service they provided, and how they accommodated my freak out. I can’t thank them enough!

The exterminator was right on time. Was thorough with his job and we had no problems after that. Would definitely recommend and hire for any other extermination services in future.

Great so far. The people who have come have been prompt, thorough and kind, and they seem to really know their business. I also had to change an appointment and it was easy. We are pleased so far. We chose the "gold service." It includes coverage for crawling insects such as ants, spiders, centipedes, stinging insects such as hornets, wasps, and yellow jackets, mice, and termite monitoring. The package costs $795 and has a one year service warranty. The package includes follow ups for the mouse stations as well as sealing holes around the foundation of the home. It also includes one interior spray and three exterior sprays per year.

Prompt response to initial inquiry, services performed exceeded expectations, and I would definitely hire again.

I purchased an annual mice control service last year. D & T employees made multiple visits over the year and attempted multiple times to seal entry points into my basement. Today the service contract ended. There's still evidence of activities in my basement. I decided to chose D & T because of the overwhelming positive reviews here. Perhaps my basement is so unique that the I would have experience that is so different from many others who have used D &T, but I felt like I should share it as I am not a satisfied customer.

I was on the monthly plan for mosquito and ticks. The service was both cost effective and successful. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors. My street has houses on one side and only wooded on the opposite side. Therefore you can imagine my tick and mosquito situation. D&T had the best price and were reliable, they saved us in the summer! The best part is that I could entertain outside and my visitors were not eaten alive!

I have been using D&T for a couple of years to do monthly sprays around my house. I can now use my front and back yards with no bites - ever. Prompt, professional, perfect service record.

Inspector came out very promptly and at the scheduled time. Gave a thorough inspection, detailed exactly what needed to be done, gave a quote and scheduled the treatment all at the same time. We scheduled the treatment very quickly and the team came out as scheduled. Exterior treatment was performed as quoted and in the estimated time frame. They answered all my questions and did a very professional job. Very happy with the entire process (except for the termites of course).

Service was great. They we out the next day after calling. They removed the nest, treated the bush for any residual activity. They sprayed the dust treatment for the wasps, and did a follow up residual spray as well. Both treatments were warrantied, and the price was great.

We had to pay him then take the dogs and move on out. No two or four-legged folks around. This is one of those times, you just can't argue the point. So we went leash and collar shopping at PetSmart. We came home and you would never have known anyone had been there. Overall, about as good an experience as one is likely to have with an exterminator.

I've had two technicians come to the house. Both were professional and friendly.

I have a yearly thing where they come and check it out to make sure they haven't returned.
