It went fine and they did a good job. Their web site seemed quite informative and I don't know that they did anything wrong. They did not leave a mess and did a tidy job. They came out when they said they would and I do not remember them being late.

They are a terrific company. We started with them ten years ago when they first came to replace some wood on our garage doors because we had termites. Luckily, the termites had stopped but the contractor thought we might need to get termite control done because we live in the woods. Those guys were great and they responded right away to do an annual inspection. I also have them for mice control and they definitely got the mice population under control. They are absolutely awesome. They give you a folder when you sign up with the termite control and I keep all my receipts every year when they come in for the inspection. It is a great company. Whoever comes out to do my inspections or the mice control, knows what they are talking about and are very helpful. The termite control is a particular price because they drill holes all around the house and then you get the annual inspections. Their pricing is reasonable. There is an annual fee for the initial termite control and I do the mice control and that has gotten expensive but they are very good at that. The termite renewal each year is $125 and the mice control has gone up to $340 a year but they keep coming back and checking to be sure that they are eating the baits and that you got enough baits. Because I am so happy with them, I haven’t used anybody else so I don’t know any better about the pricing.

They have proven over the past half-dozen years to be on time, they warranty their work (and come out and re-treat as needed without objections), and are professional. They're not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for.

We have used D&T for years - for everything from termite treatments to ant and mouse control. They are always pleasant to contact, easy to schedule, show up on time, are neat and clean up after themselves, take the time to explain ways to help minimize pests (as much as possible in this area). When they need to come back for retreatment; there is no charge. I've always been home for their visits, they are always considerate and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for annual termite control and/or occasional pest control (season ants or mice). We love D&T!!

The company performed a termite treatment on my home. Tim came out to do the initial inspection. He was great, found termites in places other companies had not. Within a week he was back with his technician taking care of the problem. They left my yard better than when they started! We also had an ant problem that D & T took care of for us. They came, treated and I never saw another ant again. They even put booties on before coming into the house.

They were clean, and the bugs all look dead. They worked on them last minute for us. The worker put on slippers before coming into our home. They were very good.

The service was performed in a professional and timely manner and additional services were not pushed on us. The services provided eliminated our mouse problem and they provided a followup visit at no cost to check for mice activity. We have just started the mosquito/tick treatment so we can't comment on the success of the treatment.

Friendly, professional service. Their treatments are pet and child safe. The mosquito program was very effective and pricing was reasonable. We will absolutely will use them again.

THEY HAD TO KEEP COMING OUT TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT FIND THE SOURCE, THEY CAME OUT ABOUT 7 DIFFERENT TIMES AND NEVER COMPLAINED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.

THEY CAME FOR THE ANTS AND THEN THEY HAD TO COME ABOUT 4 MORE TIMES, BUT THEY STILL WERE VERY POLITE AND FINALLY THE ANTS WERE GONE.
