No problem. They answered the phone, made an appt, showed up on time, sprayed, and was paid.

Showed up on time, removed bee hive from upstairs window, said that sometimes the bees will rebuild and that if that happens to call again. Very professional. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Results always seem fine except in wet weather periods when nothing can keep mosquitos from out-breeding any spray. Personnel are always accommodating if it is inconvenient when they stop by and they could not be more polite and personable.

They did a plan of the house, when It came to the mice, as to the best places to put the traps. They eradicated the bees and moths with a two step spray schedule, All were very successful. The personnel are polite and always make sure not to make a mess in the house. They had a return check up schedule planned to follow up on their work.

Had to call 5 or 6 times to get estimate. Ended up calling owner only to find out he was the one who came to site. He threw together a very high estimate 6x higher than company we went with. His quote did not have accurate info about house. Used previously and bought gold program. They often scheduled with me and showed up on days I had not schedule, acting as if I made the mistake. I will never use again.

Very good with calls back, service calls and reminders. Started using them when I had a bees nest problem in several areas of my home and property. Liked them so much that I kept using them. I am thrilled that they started an annual service agreement contract. That way I do not have to remember to have the property sprayed and checked. They call and set up the appointment when they need access to the inside of the house and automatically come when they just do the outside. Very happy with them and at this point, I see no reason to not continue using them. I gave them a B on price only because my last pest control company was unbelievably cheap. Perhaps that is why he is no longer in business.

We have a yearly contract with D & T and have been very happy with the results. We moved into our house in October as the weather was turning colder. We started noticing droppings and scratching sounds in the walls and ceiling. We called D & T and were able to setup an appointment quickly and convenient to us. Very soon after their visit we noticed a significant drop in mice activity. We had decided to go with one of the packages that D & T offers because we live in a very rural area and their is essentially a different pest for every season. So far we have received treatments for mice, carpenter ants, bees, and wasps. In all cases we have noticed a dramatic decrease of the activity of pests listed. We highly recommend D & T Pest Control

They provide good service at a fair price.

They are prompt, and they come once a month. They sign you up for the whole summer, and then they sign you up for the next summer. The one thing that I don't like about it, is that one time we tried cancelling it, but they came anyway. They then gave us a service for free. Their price was reasonable. They were responsive, every time, I got in touch with them, they got back to me.

Positive! The man who did the work had a Biology Degree and was very personable and he got rid of the termites.It was half a day and he went around the parameter of the house and he was very thorough.

The experience has been good. I thought the quality of work was good, and it was very adequate. They did what they said they were going to do.

The service turned out okay. The work is ongoing, they come once a month for spring and summer. They charge $100 each time they come out. I am never home when they come out, so I don't see them in action, but they call ahead of time, and I have noticed that there are less mosquitoes in the area.

They turned out very well. They did the 3 mosquito treatments, and then they did the mouse treatment. They then keep coming out to check the traps and if they are still around until they are gone. The guy Mike was really knowledgeable and really nice. It is a small family owned business, which I really like to support. I liked that a lot about them.

They were great. We contracted with them for rodent control in teh fall and they have re-visited our hours monthly just to check in. We haven't had any traces of activity in months, but they continue to follow up and make sure. We've also used D&T for termite inspections and general insect control in the past. I bought my older home last fall. It had been my parents home for 25+ years so I thought I knew all the good and bad aspects of the house. I had always noted a significant number of carpenter ants over the recent years I spent in the house caring for my ill mother until she died. Upon buying the house, I called Danielle to ask for an inspection of the property. Tim came out and in a very short time identified termite damage in the basement and found several carpenter ant nests plus some signs of mice. He baited the attic, basement and kitchen for mice and returned on a day when I could be out of the house to spray the carpenter ant nests. However, the termites were dormant and he recommended we wait until March to attack that problem as in his experience this was the most effective time to treat. The foundation of my house is hollow block which means the termites have a clear pathway to the wood they love to feed on so Tim's procedure was to drill small holes into the foundation via the basement in order to "inject" the termite extermination chemical (he then plugged the holes) and also dig a trench around the outside of the foundation placing the same chemical there as a barrier. I suspect I am not using all the right terminology for Tim's work but I know I am right when I say he did everything possible and necessary to protect my home from any further termite damage. I am most grateful for this peace of mind I now have about the structure of my home and the knowledge that I do not have to live with mice or big ugly ants. Plus knowing I can go out to work in my yard without concern about the risk of being infected by ticks or mosquitoes just makes life more pleasant. In summary, due to the thoroughness and care of the folks at D & T Pest Control I am able to enjoy my new home and now the only headaches I have to deal with are those which come with renovating an old house!
