Description of Work: We have had an annual contract with D&T for years to help us keep the mice at bay in our 19th century Victorian home with its porous stone foundation. We love working with John, in particular. I don't know the contract price, b/c my wife handles that end of it.

Description of Work: We had D&T treat our home for termites at least 4 years ago. They return yearly to check for any occurrence and to maintain our certificate of inspection. We also have an annual contract with D&T for mouse control. They are always very responsive to our calls.

Description of Work: The last visit was apart of a yearly contract with them. It was in the fall and was to make sure that everything was still under control and to prepare for the colder weather which attracts mice and such to move indoors. The visit went well just as all prior visits have.

Description of Work: Neighbor was having some work done on his house and I got a sudden influx of ants apparently dislocated by the construction. D&T came out and took care of the problem. As before, they came when they said they would, the techs explained what they were going to do, and made sure our pets safety was part of the planning. The ants were gone in a few days and haven't returned. This was my third contact with D&T and won't be my last.
