Showed up when they were scheduled, answered phones when anything came up, took care of all issues that came up. Best of all the quality of the garage is excellent. Very well built, very attractive. This company was easy to work with and met all deadlines - Highly recommend!

Baystate sent a team of three people to clear the snow from my roof on one of the coldest days of the year. They had to trudge through heavy snow to move their ladders, and spent a couple of hours in a brisk wind removing the snow. After the roof work they cleaned the porch and deck where snow and ice had fallen. I was also pleased that Baystate provided a certificate for their liability insurance, which many other snow removal teams would not or could not.

Marcus was great to deal. His crew came right out, thought I'd have to wait weeks. They were their when they said they would be and did an excellent job.

Tho they were under time pressure with record snow and ice dam requests, my inquries about when they would get to us were invariably answered professionally and promptly. When they arrived, they assessed the situation of huge buildup of snow on the roof, and spectacular ice dams that were causing leaks into the house. They removed all the snow, and labored to chop the ice dams without hurting the roof, and got 90% of the ice removed -- far more than I thought would be possible. They cleared the fallen snow from the access areas to my house. The multiple leaks into the house STOPPED! They couldn't have done a better job. We were delighted. The cost was not cheap. But I would recommend them to anybody.

I needed the snow (an amazing amount of snow) removed from my roof. Even though they were quite busy, they kept me informed of their schedule and managed to get the job done before another foot of snow was added, I will call them again if needed.

They did a custom design for us. We made the design and they executed it perfectly. They were able to finish the build very quickly. We and our neighbors were very impressed with the quality and the speed. Clean-up was done well, you'd never know that they had been there. Our project was even especially challenging since we live in a wetlands area. So there were a variety of additional environmental requirements they had to adhere to. Very happy with our new garage.
