I am new to Angie's list and I purchased a Big Deal. I thought I was getting a dumpster to find out I didn't quite understand the ad. Mr. Schandler very quickly responded to my emails and explained it all to me in very clear polite words. He even offered to assist me in canceling my Deal since it was not exactly what I needed and made a great offer if I needed the service in the future. He was understanding and extremely helpful. I would most certainly call him when I am in need of the dumpster.

Reasonable quote, lower than other companies, on time for viewing and on time for hauling away, good and quick execution of job, courteous, phone call to let me know they were on their way, phone call afterwards to check if the job was done properly by the crew. I would use them again. Email quote and receipt was supplied.

Affordable Junk Removal is the BEST in this business. I had lots of carpet throughout the house that needed to be removed along with their respective tack strips. I also had two big buffet tables/cabinets that were nailed to the wall and screwed to the ceiling. I couldn't find anyone that was willing to help me get them off. All places I called said they only take stuff that was not nailed or secured to a fixture in the house. But to my pleasant surprise, Affordable Junk Removal said they would do it. Jason was very professional and went over the details of the job and cost over the phone. Their price was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other places I called. They came out within days to do the job. The two gentlemen who showed up to do the job were friendly, experienced and professional. They were very enthusiastic and motivated to get the job done. I could tell they enjoyed their work, which helped get the job done faster. All carpets were pulled off, and they carefully removed all the tack strips. Believe me, there were lots of it throughout the house and they did not complain. Then came the two big heavy buffet tables that needed a light demolition work to get them off the wall and ceiling. They were extremely careful not to damage my wall and ceiling. They also cleaned up the place to make sure there were no debris or harmful items left behind. Overall, I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work they did. They saved me lots of time and money. Affordable Junk Removal is top notch in this area. They know what they are doing and I will 100% give them a call again. I already told my friends and family about them and cannot say enough about their outstanding great service. I was surprised at the size of the truck - quite large. A lot more fit into it that I had expected. The guys were very courteous and helpful about seeing additional items that I had not pointed out originally, but was happy to include. I did not think originally that they would be able to take as much as they did. They cleaned up the area thebe sure it was spotless. I was able to schedule the appointment much sooner that I expected, within a couple of days. The on-line schedule is quite easy. I received a phone call confirming the appointment as well as one a half hour before the scheduled time. They worked quickly and were done in 20 minutes. I had an air conditioner that they took for an additional $25. I really appreciated the attitude and quickness of the employees. I do plan on using this company again in the next couple of week to help with cleaning out the basement. The charge for helping to move things our is only $ more. I recommend this company to anyone who is cleaning out! Great service at a great price.
