It went very well- they were very professional, clean, courteous, punctual. They "evicted" the squirrel quickly and easily. They even hopped up on the roof in the snow to take a closer look and to give me a quote for some other chimney work we need done.

Punctual, clean and seemed to do a thorough job. Reported work that needs to be done on flues and left quotes but was not pushy about trying to sell us today.

I'm very pleased with this service. The two men who came out were professional, quick, tidy, and pleasant. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days of my initial call. I would definitely hire them again.

On time, called actually to let me know they could get there early, which was perfect for me. Two very friendly and professional men came to take care of the chimney. They were personable, courtious, kept my house clean, explained what they were doing, what they saw, and the condition of the chimney. When a particular part was found broken, a replacement was attempted, but because of the age of the chimney could not be fixed that day. These fellas explained exactly what I needed to do to replace the part, and showed me exactly where and how to do it myself. I would work with this company again anytime. And the on-line coupon was an added bonus!

Gave us a window for arrival between 8 & 10am. Called and told us they were going to be late, were very apologetic and arrived at 10:10. Called again right before their arrival. The two workers were professional, very concerned with keeping everything clean and covered. The job took about 3 hours and they performed it quickly, quietly, and with little impact on our house. They were very polite and professional. Would definitely use this company again.

My first appointment was scheduled late in the day. I received a call from the office about 2 hours into the service window that was scheduled informing me that the chimney sweep had run into trouble at the previous clients and was unable to make it to my home in a reasonable amount of time that day. Not a big deal, sometimes things happen. They immediately scheduled me for an appointment the following day. When the sweep arrived, he apologized for the inconvenience yesterday and informed me that any work provided would be at a 50% discount. This is something that to me sets great business apart from the rest. They more than fairly compensated me for my inconvenience. The sweep was friendly, professional, and kept my living room perfectly clean while he worked. No soot anywhere to be seen.

We had Jonathan come to give us an estimate before we closed on the house. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He gave us a thorough inspection report and estimate for services. We closed on the house, called Jonathan, and the work was scheduled for 10 days later. Very reasonable time for this considering this is the busy season. The crew arrived on time and started working immediately. Within 6 hours, the job was done and we have a beautiful new chimney! We will use these guys again--if we EVER need work done on this thing again! May have them do an insert for us at a later date. Very happy with the service and quality of workmanship provided by A-Tec.

I called to schedule an appointment, the whole process went very smoothly and we scheduled a time a week in advance. They called two hours before the scheduled time and said they could come earlier if I would like. I agreed and they arrived within the hour. They were very professional, describing what they would be doing, covering up the floor so they did not make a mess. After checking out the fireplace, they advised it was not necessary for them to clean and also gave me tips on how to light a fire with ease. They then went outside to inspect the chimney, which was in good shape except for the fact we did not have a cap. They quoted me a price and I accepted (350 for the cap, 89 for the inspection). They were done within 30 minutes and we over over the changes and advised I had a lifetime guarantee on the cap. Nice and easy and now I have the piece of mind to light a fire in the fireplace this winter. Would recommend them to a neighbor.

Definitely recommend this company. They rebuilt a portion of our chimney last year after the fireplace hadn't been used in years. They were timely, reasonably priced, and did a nice job. We had them come back to do a cleaning this year and an inspection. They inspected the chimney, were polite, kept the area very clean, and we're fast. They provided some advice on the fireplace without pushing a sale.

They arrived on time, kept the area clean and was careful with the hardwood floors. He inspected our chimney and gave me a list of items that should be fixed but was also honest about the severity and necessity. When we are ready to do the fixes, we will definitely use them.

The crew showed up and worked flat out for next 4 hours. The work was completed much faster than I thought. Very pleased with their attitude and professionalism. They had previously cleaned out the chimney a month ago and told me what they found needing repairs and gave me an estimate for the work. I checked and found their prices as being very competitive and the work was done for the amount of estimate.

They arrived, worked efficiently and were very polite and cordial. Any questions I asked were answered sincerely without making me feel foolish. There were some cracks below what was considered the crown to which they applied mortar. Even with the flue cleaning, everything was left neat when they finished. I would hire them again.

I scheduled an appointment with A-Tech and they gave me a two hour window when they would be there. The day of the appointment, they were running late and never called to inform me. I had to leave work to be at my house for the appointment and they didn't have the courtesy to call an inform me they would be late. After speaking with the person in the office and informing him that I was taking time out of work, there was no call from the folks that were coming to do the work. Needless to say, I had to cancel the appointment after waiting almost three hours so I could get back to work. The overall experience was unpleasant and I felt they were extremely unprofessional in not calling and letting me know they were running late. I cannot comment on the work or cost as they never performed the work.

Tony called 15 minutes ahead of time, saying they were actually ahead of schedule and to make sure it was alright if they arrived early. When they arrived, he was courteous and professional as he went about his work. He first inspected my boiler flue, gave me some tips about how to check for soot build up and when to call the chimney sweep, and since the boiler flue was clean he said a cleaning wasn't necessary. Tony also educated us a bit about fireplace use and maintenance. We let them go about their business and they were out of there in probably about 30 minutes.

A half an hour before my appointment Gabe called to say to say he was on his way. He and Tony arrived on time. They were affable and worked efficiently. The job was competed in less than an hour. I would use this provider again and recommend them to anyone who needs their service. .

They checked our chimney (2 flues). Found they were in excellent & clean condition (except for a small crack they fixed on the spot w/o additional fee). So they did not have to sweep (which we had asked for initially).

Steve and Derek arrived within the window given when I made the appointment. They were efficient and friendly. Steve walked me through how my wood stove works, when I should have it cleaned and the over all general maintenance of the stove. They also informed me that I needed a cap for my furnace chimney and provided a reasonable estimate for it. Overall Great experience! Will be using them from now on! Thanks Steve and Derek!
