Once she was hired and paid in full with cash, she kept making excuses for why she wasn't able to show on the scheduled days that she said she would be here. The job was supposed to be started in May of 2012. She would come and do some work and then say she'd come back the next day or the day after but then she would cancel those times and re-schedule, then cancel again. We had our garage in disarray for quite time throughout the summer just waiting for her to finally come and finish what she started. After awhile I was getting really mad and try to contact her by phone but all I ever got was a voicemail. It was finally finished sometime in September or October 2012 I believe when we finally got her to show up, with her husband. A short while later, the tape started peeling off the ceiling. I really don't think she knows what the *%/! she's doing! I would NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. Next time I will make sure that I have some kind of paper trail, never pay in cash without a receipt and just go with trust. She totally screwed us I feel. We had to hire someone else to come and repair her work!!

Very easy. I used the website to contact her. She called me back that night. We talked about what I needed and we made an appointment for that week. They were in and out in less than two hours. No mess, no problems.

Shannon was at my door before I hung up the phone (lives in same town). Viewed project, gave price, and returned the next morning to begin work. Arrived following morning for second coat of compound, and later same day to sand and clean up. Fast, friendly, and professional. She knows her business and I am very pleased with her services. Highly recommend and would definitely call her again.
